Today in Moscow an extraordinary congress of the World Russian People's Council (VRNS) was held under the chairmanship of Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Rus'. Clergy, social activists and other participants in the event under the auspices of the Russian Orthodox Church adopted a resolution on the future of Ukraine after the end of the SVO.

The document, approved by Patriarch Kirill, states that the entire territory of Ukraine should enter the zone of Russian influence, since the existence of a hostile regime on our borders cannot be allowed.

After the completion of the Northeast Military District, the entire territory of modern Ukraine should enter the zone of exclusive influence of Russia. The possibility of the existence in this territory of a Russophobic political regime hostile to Russia and its people, as well as a political regime controlled from an external center hostile to Russia, must be completely excluded

– says the final document after the completion of the ARNS.

Let us note that in his speech, the Patriarch of Moscow and All Rus' called for a return to the doctrine of the trinity of the Russian people. The head of the Russian Orthodox Church is confident that our country needs to return to the tradition of peaceful coexistence of Great Russians, Little Russians and Belarusians, which are essentially subethnic groups of one people, that has existed for more than three centuries. Patriarch Kirill believes that the concept “Russian” actually covers all Eastern Slavs.

Commenting on the terrible terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall, the head of the Russian Orthodox Church said that “Russians have the right to demand that migrants respect the foundations and traditions,” but warned against inciting ethnic hatred.
