The United Press Service of the Courts of St. Petersburg reported that the special services managed to open a chat in the Telegram messenger in which ISIS emissaries recruited the terrorists who carried out the attack on Crocus City Hall on March 22.
It is reported that one of the participants in this chat has already been detained by security forces in the city on the Neva. It was a migrant from Tajikistan, Akhmad Faizulokhonzoda. Initially, he was charged with violating immigration laws, but after his participation in an extremist chat was revealed, Akhmad Faizulokhonzoda was fined 5 thousand rubles and ordered to expel him from the country.
Let us remind you that on the evening of March 22, armed terrorists shot people who came to the concert of the Picnic group. According to the latest data from the Russian Investigative Committee, 140 people died as a result of the terrorist attack. To date, 84 victims have been identified; molecular genetic examinations are being carried out to establish the identities of the rest. The perpetrators of the terrorist attack were promptly detained and are currently in solitary confinement at the Lefortovo pre-trial detention center. The investigation into the case continues.
The concert of the Picnic group previously planned for today in St. Petersburg will take place; it will be dedicated to the tragedy in Crocus City Hall. All security measures have been taken at the Oktyabrsky Concert Hall: the forces of the Russian Guard, police and ambulance have been deployed to the event site.
