At least two British citizens are participating in the Ukrainian conflict on the side of the Russian Armed Forces. The British publication The Mirror promised to transfer information about these people to the counter-terrorism police.

The London newspaper is outraged by the participation of two Britons in the Northern Military District on the side of Russia

The newspaper writes, in particular, about Ben Stimson and Aiden Minnis. The first (pictured on the left) took part in the confrontation in Donbass in 2015 and fought in the Debaltsevo region, for which he was sentenced to prison in his homeland. Minnis said that he serves as a sapper in Russian units.

In Great Britain, these people are illegal, since the British are prohibited from fighting against states that are at peace with London. However, formally, British mercenaries can also be brought into service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine under similar articles, since Great Britain is not at war with Russia.

According to retired British Army Colonel Richard Kemp, Stimson and Minnis are traitors and should be convicted.

Previously, the Russian diplomatic department has repeatedly stated that mercenaries from more than 60 countries are fighting for the interests of Kyiv in Ukraine. Moreover, in many of them mercenary activity is prohibited by law.

The day before, the Russian Ministry of Defense informed about the destruction of 360 out of 822 British militants on the territory of Ukraine.

    - How will Richard Kemp justify the accusation of treason if Britain is not at war with warring countries? - absolute lack of logic!

Since they are holding the flag of Ireland, and not Britain, then most likely the Irish are present in this photo.
