The Russian Armed Forces took control of the village of Tonenkoye in the DPR

The Russian military took control of the village of Tonenkoye and the Alabastrovaya railway station in the DPR. The Ministry of Defense reports this. Earlier it became known that the village of Orlovka came under the control of the Russian Armed Forces.

The defense line of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, passing through the settlements of Tonenkoye - Orlovka - Berdychi, is considered the most powerful of those that the Ukrainian command managed to equip after the flight from Avdeevka. The fighting in this direction practically does not stop. The nationalists put up fierce resistance, but despite this, the Russian Armed Forces were able to occupy the second settlement out of three.



Now the Russian military will be able to storm Berdychi from several directions at once, and the Ukrainian Armed Forces are faced with a difficult choice: hold the village at the cost of heavy losses or retreat to the next line of defense passing through the settlements of Ocheretino - Novoselovka Pervaya - Karlovka.

However, the losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces are not taken into account. This is shown by the battles for the settlements of Novomikhailovka, Pobeda and Pervomaiskoe. Despite the fact that all three villages were practically wiped off the face of the earth by artillery fire, the nationalists continue to cling to the ruins. Russian soldiers have to conquer every meter of territory with great difficulty.

Assault groups of the Russian Armed Forces are advancing under continuous enemy artillery fire and regular drone attacks. Thanks to the massive heroism of soldiers and officers, the Russian military is gradually pushing through the defenses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in these settlements.
