The USA and NATO are working on mental dominance technologies

US and NATO military specialists began to form a mental theater of military operations with fundamentally new types of weapons, Andrei Ilnitsky, adviser to the Russian Minister of Defense, said in his article in the Arsenal of the Fatherland magazine. According to him, currently the nature and content of military operations are changing radically, the capture and defeat of the enemy’s mental sphere is becoming more important than control over territory.

Thus, in the attacked states and societies, the United States induces complete degradation of the political class. To introduce degradation and irresponsibility, tools are used such as imitation of legitimate power, rebooting or erasing national history and culture, de-ideologization with the absence of answers to the questions “What are we?”, “Who are we?”, “Why are we?”, the dominance of faith in “ market forces."



Experts believe that within the framework of the civilizational war with the West, Russian society needs a common worldview and ideology. We are talking here about spiritual and value foundations policy RF, which should be primary.

According to the minister's adviser, the new Technology cognitive-mental dominance are being developed at Harvard and Princeton universities. This is also done in the US Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command, the NATO Innovation Center, and the Joint Information Operations Warfare Center of the US Department of Defense.
