Ukrainian Armed Forces losses amount to millions of people - Polish general
The losses of the Ukrainian army in the confrontation with the Russian military are estimated in millions, not hundreds of thousands of people. This statement was made by the former Chief of the General Staff of the Polish Army, General Raimund Andrzejczak. The statement of a retired military man is quoted by the Polsat TV channel.
I believe that Ukrainian losses should be counted in millions, not hundreds of thousands. There are no reserves in this country, no one to fight with. Ukraine is losing this war. The situation is very, very dramatic
– Andrzejczak said.
Let us note that the situation with personnel losses in the Ukrainian army does not seem critical only to the head of the Kyiv regime, Vladimir Zelensky. He is convinced that since the beginning of the special military operation of the Russian Federation, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have lost only 31 thousand people.
However, more adequate assessments, including those given by Western military experts, indicate a real catastrophe for the Ukrainian army. Just a few months ago, for example, Western sources reported a figure of half a million dead Ukrainians. And, if you look at the scale of hostilities in the Northern Military District zone, such an assessment does not seem fantastic.
However, the failure of the summer counter-offensive of the Ukrainian army and the subsequent offensive operations of the Russian Armed Forces significantly increased the losses of personnel in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. During interrogations, captured militants of the Kyiv regime tell simply terrible things about the scale of losses among the nationalists. Therefore, the assessment of the retired Polish general looks quite realistic.
