Russian fighters tested a new electronic warfare system to combat enemy drones. The electronic warfare system is lightweight and highly mobile - it can be carried by one soldier.

The newest system was personally tested by the commander of the BARS 11 unit with the call sign Yamaha, making sure of its effectiveness. Three electronic warfare systems were tested. At the same time, during the destruction of drones, the latter turn over, preventing the enemy from seizing control of the devices.




On a 10-point scale, the tested products gave all 10 points

Yamaha noted that electronic warfare will be able to cover evacuation sites for the wounded, rotation of military units and observation posts.

Meanwhile, on the night of March 13, the Russian Armed Forces destroyed 58 Ukrainian UAVs over Russian territory. According to the Ministry of Defense, drones were hit in the skies of the Belgorod, Kursk, Bryansk, Voronezh, Ryazan and Leningrad regions.

One of the enemy drones attacked the Ryazannefteprodukt oil plant. As a result, a fire broke out at the enterprise and two people were injured. A number of sources report that three UAVs were involved in the attack.

A day earlier, Ukrainian drones attacked an oil depot in the Kstovo industrial zone in the Nizhny Novgorod region. Drones also hit the facilities of Lukoil-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez.
