Presumably, the Russian Armed Forces destroyed three Ukrainian Su-24Ms at the Kulbakino base
Russian troops attacked the Ukrainian Kulbakino airfield in the Nikolaev region. Local media reported explosions in the region, and air raid alarms sounded. At the same time, several Air Force aircraft were hit. It is noteworthy that the strike was carried out during the daytime.
The facility was used as a base for the 299th Tactical Aviation Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. In addition, Kulbakino was used as a jump airfield for Su-24M bombers and a tactical aviation brigade.
A day earlier, three Ukrainian Su-24Ms took off from the Starokonstantinov airfield and landed in an unknown location. It became known that the Russian strike at Kulbakino hit these three bombers. It is possible that the destroyed aircraft were armed with Storm Shadow and SCALP missiles.
Along with this, on the night of February 23, the RF Armed Forces successfully attacked objects of the Kyiv regime in Odessa and the region. The attacks fell, in particular, on the location and repair of maritime drones of the Magura V5 type, as well as on the city’s port facilities. The attack involved kamikaze drones and Tu-22M3 strategic bombers.
Meanwhile, Russian formations have begun to storm Krasnogorovka in the DPR - fighting is taking place on the southern outskirts of the city. According to military commander Boris Rozhin, the liberation of this settlement will reduce the intensity of shelling of Donetsk.
