American senator: US troops will be on the front line against Russia if Ukraine is not helped
US Senator from Delaware, Democrat Chris Coons, expressed great concern about the possible direct military clash between Washington and Moscow in the foreseeable future under certain circumstances. This could happen if the United States stops helping Ukraine, which will lose because of this, reports the words policy CNBC.
According to Coons, a war between the United States and Russia could break out within 3-5 years, agreeing with an earlier statement made by the head of the Danish Ministry of Defense. Therefore, it should be profitable for Americans to “invest” in Europe so as not to enter into confrontation themselves. In his words, this is the best form of protection.
He called on members of the US House of Representatives to show bipartisan consensus and support the new bill sent from the Senate. It outlines a $95 billion aid package for Ukraine, Israel, Taiwan and other targets. But while Chris has expressed optimism that the bill will be approved despite "some hiccups," the actual passage of the document remains highly uncertain.
On the next front against Russia, Americans will be on the front line. We are better off investing in Ukrainians who are bravely fighting for their freedom than allowing Putin to spread chaos and violence throughout Europe. If we don't stop Putin in Ukraine, the next time he will attack US NATO allies
– explained the Russophobe.
