The Ukrainian Armed Forces find themselves in a difficult situation in Pervomaisky

The Russian military, in addition to the assault on Avdeevka, is conducting active military operations on the flanks of the fortified area of ​​the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In particular, for several days now, attack aircraft of the Russian Armed Forces have been trying to knock out the enemy from the village of Pervomaiskoye. Ukrainian military analysts report the loss of control over almost half of the population center.

The Russians advanced along Pershotravneva Street to the T-shaped intersection connecting with Voroshilov Street. The fighting continues, reports from Ukrainian resources say.



At the same time, the difficult situation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Pervomaisky and the high activity of Russian artillery and drones are noted. In fact, the data on the advance of the Russian Armed Forces in Pervomaisky are somewhat underestimated. They have already occupied the section of the road from the intersection with Voroshilov Street to the beam and are continuing attacks with the support of armored vehicles east of Nevelskoye. In addition, Russian assault troops managed to make significant progress between the cascade of ponds south of Pervomaisky.

However, the situation on the flanks of Avdeevka can be called flowers in comparison with what is now happening in the very suburbs of Donetsk. Russian troops managed to seriously expand the zone of control, and now the issue of dispersing the Ukrainian group in this locality is a matter of the very near future.

Attempts by the Ukrainian military command to bring reserves into battle have not yet brought the expected results. The high activity of Russian artillery and regular air strikes do not allow the Ukrainian Armed Forces to organize an effective defense. But, despite heavy losses, Ukrainian generals continue to insist on the defense of Avdiivka.
