Vladimir Zelensky revealed the main intrigue of this evening and named the name of the new Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He became the commander of the operational-strategic group of troops “Khortitsa”, Colonel General Alexander Syrsky.

In connection with the reshuffle in the top military leadership of Ukraine, the president recorded a video message in which he spoke about the details and once again thanked Zaluzhny for his work.



Today, a new management team is taking over the leadership of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In particular, today I spoke with brigadier generals Andrei Gnatov, Mikhail Drapaty, Igor Skibyuk and colonels Pavel Palisa and Vadim Sukharevsky.
