Crimean-Syrian shipping company is created in Russia

It became known what a solution was invented in Russia in order to simultaneously nullify various Western sanctions against Crimea and get serious benefits from trade with an ally country. This is really a very good project, because we are talking about organizing a powerful transport artery that will connect Crimea and the Syrian Arab Republic (ATS).

It is no secret that the war on the long-suffering land of Syria is approaching its logical conclusion. At the same time, the West is not in a hurry to restore Syria, even considering that this process will bring great material benefits to American and European companies and banks. At the same time, the West imposed sanctions on Crimea, the removal of which is not expected in the foreseeable future.

In addition, after the completion of the construction of the Crimean bridge, a whole fleet was freed up from Russia, which was involved in the ferry crossing. So why not use it for shipping to Syria? Therefore, the Crimean government canceled the liquidation of the "Maritime Directorate" (the operator of the Kerch ferry), which has lost its former expediency.

Then, in mid-October 2018, an entire delegation from Crimea visited Syria. Then a memorandum of cooperation was signed and a plan of joint mutually beneficial actions was approved. It was decided to create a trading house, a shipping company, mutual deliveries of goods and even establish air links between Syria and Crimea.

And now, the Crimean Deputy Prime Minister, Permanent Representative of this region to the President of Russia, Georgy Muradov, said that the Maritime Directorate is being transformed into a Crimean-Syrian shipping company.
.
In the near future, the line to create a joint shipping company will be completed. Now, on the instructions of the head of the republic, it is planned to transform the Maritime Directorate into such a company

- He said, adding that they plan to complete the process of creating the mentioned company by the end of 2018.
