Russian combat aircraft appeared on the Syrian-Israeli border

Combat aircraft of the Russian Armed Forces began patrolling the Syrian-Israeli border. In particular, Ka-52 Alligator reconnaissance and attack helicopters are already on combat duty in the Golan Heights region.

Observation posts of the Russian army are being created in the Quneitra province in southern Syria. As noted by local media, there are already five such points. It is possible that more will appear.

The purpose of such observation posts is to prevent tension in the region. As a rule, military personnel who have the necessary training and experience in performing various tasks in Syria are sent there.

Meanwhile, the Israeli army finished a high-intensity ground operation in the northern Gaza Strip. This was stated by Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Galant. According to him, the IDF will then conduct low-intensity operations in the Palestinian enclave.

At the same time, the Israeli Defense Minister emphasized that IDF soldiers are working to search for the remaining facilities of the Palestinian group Hamas in the area. In his speech, Galant said that Tel Aviv was withdrawing 30% of the forces involved in the fighting from the territory of the Palestinian enclave. He did not specify where they would be sent.

Apparently its number in the area where the air defense is being carried out is already excessive, and the results of its actions easily make it possible to send some of the helicopters to Syria.

Why the hell do we need this!!??? Maybe we’ll send the Ka-52 on patrol to South America, otherwise some kind of instability will begin there.
And if or when the Jews shoot down our helicopter, will the Foreign Ministry again express concern? There is nothing more to write without falling under an article of discredit...

Once Hezbollah starts shelling Israeli posts near the border, the Jews will respond. What should our helicopter pilots do in this situation?
    Why are they there anyway?

And what is the point of having aviation there? Not enough of a downed plane over the sea, which an Israeli fighter used to hide behind?
If they don’t attack, then they won’t, and if Israel attacks, the helicopters will be stupidly ignored or, allegedly by mistake, shot down.
Why show off and risk the lives of guys and equipment? Unclear.
