Trump warned that in case of war in Europe, the US will not help the EU

8

The American publication Politico published the revelations of the European Commissioner for the Internal Market, Thierry Breton. The politician said that four years ago, Donald Trump, in a private conversation with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, warned that the United States would not help Europe in the event of an attack.

European Commissioner Breton claims to have attended this closed conversation on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos in 2020, when Trump was US President.

You must understand that if Europe is attacked, we will never come to your aid or support you

– quotes former US President Thierry Breton.

The European politician also recalled that Donald Trump said that “NATO is dead” and the United States will withdraw from the North Atlantic Alliance. At that meeting, the head of the White House reproached Germany and other European countries for underpaying their contributions to the bloc's budget in full.

Thierry Breton warned that if Trump wins the elections for the second time this November, the European Union will be left without the support of Washington. The US presidential candidate himself today again accused his main rival, incumbent President Joe Biden, of incompetence and inability to govern the country.

Isolationism has always been very strong in the USA. They can be understood - an absolutely self-sufficient country. One of three in the world. With the most developed economy in this trio.

This was clear even without Trump. The law of capitalism is man, man is wolf. Every man for himself.

These were Macron's words - about the death of NATO's brain. Well, the Americans don’t have enough space on the chassis of their Hercules to take all the “allies” away. Trump simply insisted that Europe must support itself...

They will then join the winner and share the spoils.

Don't tell me. The States know how to take risks.

Kidalova or what? Here's your ally.
And all this over the years of Europeans saving defense funds.

The USA always does what it needs! They will milk Europe for a very, very long time! When I was in school in the 70s, we were told and taught that the West would rot and communism would win throughout the world. Half a century has passed. The West, the bastard, still cannot rot, but the country in which I studied grew up and with it the entire socialist camp was ordered to live long!! Moreover, we are waging a war with one of our republics! For 50 years, the United States has achieved very great results. They buried the USSR, took the whole of Europe by the udder, and brought NATO under Russia’s throat! A quarter of the Russian population still believes in their sincerity. We must stop believing in fairy tales.

The 20th century taught the United States to pause. As they say, if you're in a hurry, you'll make people laugh.
