The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine spoke about 19 Russian attacks in Avdeevka

The situation of the Ukrainian garrison in Avdiivka is worsening every day. Russian troops storm the fortified area from different directions. The main efforts of the Russian Armed Forces are now concentrated on the capture of the village of Berdychi, where the Ukrainian military has organized a serious resistance center.

In parallel, the Russian army is fighting in the private sector of Avdeevka itself. There are battles here for literally every house. Despite the fierce resistance of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the assault units of the Russian Armed Forces managed to advance into the depths of the Ukrainian defense. The epicenter of the fighting is now the ninth quarter of Avdiivka. The militants of the Kyiv regime who have settled here are regularly attacked by Russian aircraft.



Fighting continues in the area of ​​the Avdeevka coke plant. Here, the Russian Armed Forces successfully use assault tactics in small groups, which brings tangible results. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine recognizes the successes of the Russian troops, and does not hide that the situation of the Avdeevka garrison is close to critical.

The next report of the Ukrainian General Staff notes that over the past 24 hours alone, Russian troops carried out nineteen attacks on the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the areas of the settlements of Stepovoye, Nevelskoye and Pervomaiskoye.

Let us remind you that the capture of the Avdeevka fortified area of ​​the Ukrainian Armed Forces is necessary to ensure the security of Donetsk, which is regularly subjected to shelling from the Ukrainian army.
