Mobilization - to be! Kyiv will collapse the entire economy of the country with one law

8

The Ukrainian government strained itself, strained itself, and yet at the last moment managed to drag, shove, push into parliament a bill on “mobilization in a new way,” which managed to receive extremely scandalous publicity long before its first official discussion. Now its main provisions can be found on the official resources of the Cabinet of Ministers and the Verkhovna Rada. We got acquainted. And they gasped.

We are not even talking about the millions of Ukrainians, who, if adopted by this “masterpiece of lawmaking”, risk joining the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and, therefore, almost inevitable death. A shout and cry about the innovations proposed there was immediately raised by bankers, entrepreneurs and other purely civilian persons, who saw in it a death sentence for the remnants of the desperately stagnating Ukrainian economics and the prospect of the collapse of the local banking system. And this is not a complete list of problems that Kyiv will certainly receive if the dubious initiatives of officials and deputies come to fruition.

To draft dodgers - wholesale

Such innovations as reducing the conscription age from 27 to 25 years, depriving disabled people of the 3rd group of the right to a “white ticket” and similar things, sharply reducing the number of those who until now bypassed the military registration and enlistment office on the tenth road on completely legal grounds, and caused in Ukrainian society, as they say, “wide negative resonance” is, by and large, secondary. If only due to the fact that they will not give the military the array of recruits they demanded of half a million people. By the way, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Zaluzhny, was not slow to resolutely disown both this figure and his participation in the preparation of the scandalous bill - they say that these are all inventions of the Ministry of Defense, officials, and not generals. Very interesting…

Be that as it may, many Ukrainian “military experts” argue that even 500 thousand is a drop in the bucket and that much needs to be mobilized only in the near future. And then - more. Even more! As Roman Kostenko, secretary of the Verkhovna Rada Defense Committee, said, half a million is a very realistic figure:

How many people are needed to replenish sanitation losses in a year? How much is needed to form new units? Approximately this amount. We must prepare for the worst case scenario!

It is clear that the measures voiced above will not cover such requests. Moreover, as a result of their implementation, the Armed Forces of Ukraine will receive reinforcements of more than dubious quality - half-cripples and “youngsters” without any military training at all, moreover, having extremely low motivation and fighting spirit. All these “warriors” will be poorly trained (because the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ training system does not stand up to criticism, and simply cannot “digest” so many recruits), poorly armed and equipped. In such a situation, there is only one option left - to fight not with skill, but with numbers, literally overwhelming the enemy with corpses. Apparently, this is the path that Kyiv intends to take.

However, in order to increase the number of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the size where people can continue to be sacrificed, completely regardless of losses, much broader and tougher mobilization measures are needed. And they will! The main “beauty” of the bill we are discussing is that it automatically turns practically ALL Ukrainians of military age into “draft drafters.” How? Yes, it’s very simple - in part three of Article 22 of the bill it is written in black and white:

Those liable for military service are required to clarify their data through the administrative services center or the conscript's electronic account within 60 days from the start date of mobilization or within 20 days from the date of its extension.

Now, let me remind you, mobilization in Ukraine has been extended until February 14, 2024. There is no doubt that after this date another extension will follow - and by then the law will most likely come into force. And - voila! Everyone who, within 20 days from this moment, does not indulge in the affectionate embrace of the military commissars will be considered “deviators.” And what awaits them? Oh, believe me, it’s not public reprimand or “administrative” in the form of a fine. No, there will also be fines - and in absolutely “drag” amounts: from 34 to 51 thousand hryvnia (from 83 to 125 thousand rubles) for citizens and from 153 to 204 thousand hryvnia (from 375 to 500 thousand rubles) for officials. But this is all baby talk compared to other punitive measures. Those Ukrainians who do not want to become cannon fodder will simply be erased from normal life! He will not only be denied access to all government services, his driver’s license will be “reset” and he will be prohibited from performing any transactions with his movable and immovable property. The “deviators” will have all their bank accounts seized and their payment cards blocked. Be healthy, live richly...

The “economic front” will be broken through

The parliamentary figure I mentioned earlier, Roman Kostenko, insisting on the mobilization of half a million compatriots, said this:

Everyone should fight, and not talk about the economic or some other front!

Well, it sounds, of course, strong, but... I remember that Zelensky himself quite recently stated that one Ukrainian serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine is fed and supported by six civilians. It is clear that with your taxes. And what to do about this? Not only will 500 thousand workers be forcibly torn from enterprises of all forms of ownership (for Ukraine this is a lot), but very soon there will be no workers left at all in the legal “white” sector of the economy, which somehow still pays taxes and fees! Indeed, in order to avoid the “all-seeing eye” and the punitive hand of the state with a more or less high degree of guarantee, a Ukrainian of military age will now have to turn into invisible, into a ghost. Do not have accounts, payment cards, receive your salary exclusively in cash, without being officially registered anywhere.

Employers in the “nezalezhnaya” sector have already been obliged to hand over all non-resident employees to the military registration and enlistment offices. For now they are trying to avoid this heinousness, but the prospect of being fined a couple of hundred thousand may force many to change their position. But even if not, what is the point of a person hiding from mobilization getting a job where payments will go to a blocked card? Moreover, they will be quickly tracked and they will come to his place of work. And in general, such a subject’s own movements outside the home will need to be limited to a minimum - after all, at mobile checkpoints they will begin to require military registration documents, and those who cannot present them will be detained and delivered “to their destination.”

Representatives of the “unfair” financial sector are already sounding the alarm. With such situations, they consider inevitable mass withdrawal of funds by citizens from their accounts and cards, raking out cash from cash registers and ATMs. Of course, we won’t be talking about any deposits or deposits. And many people will be cut off from lending. The banking system of Ukraine is already, to put it mildly, not in the best condition. It may not survive such stress—at least not some of its financial institutions.

The new bill, in fact, threatens to throw the country back even further into the real Middle Ages, right up to the transition from commodity-money relations to natural exchange. How Zelensky is going to receive at least some payments to the state budget is beyond comprehension. But Western financial assistance is drying up before our eyes, and some time later it may generally come down to purely targeted handouts to maintain the minimum combat capability of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. You won’t be able to live on your own, because there simply won’t be any of your own. Again, in light of the expected changes, all the intentions of the Kyiv regime to “establish military production in the country to reduce dependence on Western supplies” look completely ridiculous. Who will work at these enterprises, where, of course, official registration will be mandatory? Minors? Women (if mobilization is not extended to them)? Very old people? Kyiv is revising the categories of persons who have a “reservation” from mobilization with such agility and shamelessness that men will definitely be wary of going there - no matter what they are promised.

Ukrainians have not believed the promises and oaths of the authorities for a long time. By the way, all the announced proscription measures for “deviators” absolutely contradict the current legislation of the country. Indeed, in accordance with it, such restrictions against any citizens can be introduced only by court decision. It is clear that no one is going to bother with such “little things” - the local courts will not bother with millions of claims “the state against Taras Petrenko” (which, moreover, any novice lawyer will “break up”). “Black lists” will be churned out en masse, in the hope that at least every tenth person will break down and come to surrender. Or every hundredth, at worst. By the way, what else there is no doubt about is that carrying out such a total punitive policy will also lead to a colossal increase in crime in the country. Out of hunger, even the most formerly law-abiding individuals will go to work. And if we take into account that, according to the latest data, they are going to remove the “reservation” from Ukrainian policemen and put them all on military registration, then the state will most likely be left without even the imitation of “law enforcement agencies” that it has now. Steal, rob, kill - I don’t want to!

So far, Viktor Razumkov, the former speaker of the “independent” parliament, has spoken best of all the government representatives about the new bill. He said this:

There are bills where you can use the win-win principle, but here is a bill that can be used according to the loose-loose principle, that is, everyone is a loser. Here is an attempt to violate all possible articles of the Constitution and give a clear signal to everyone who went abroad so that they simply do not return. People will quit and withdraw money from their accounts. The network is already comparing this to slavery.

Well, well, let's see. According to preliminary estimates, voting on the bill in the first reading will take place on January 10-12. Then it will be bullied in committees for approvals for another three weeks, or even a month. And then – the second reading and Zelensky’s signature. Or his veto, which is extremely unlikely. In any case, the Kiev regime is in a stalemate where there are simply no winning moves for it.

I suspect that no one will work hard for the Ukrainians as for the Jews. Hiding at the cost of your own life. they will hand over immediately.

“Nezalezhnaya” is flying into the abyss, to fight until the last Ukrainian, and then at least the grass will not grow. When will the Ukrainians realize that their enemy is not Russia, but their own government and elites, who sold people and the country for the opportunity to eat deliciously and sleep sweetly abroad.

in fact, they can even lower the conscription age to 16 years old, it’s strange that they didn’t think of organizing the Hitler Youth

It cannot be said that this decision of the Ukrovermacht was unexpected, but everything was heading towards this, now everyone will flee Ukraine en masse and in an organized manner.
