Foreign media: “Ukraine today is no longer a compressed spring, but a broken one”

6

The Armed Forces of Ukraine are experiencing an ammunition shortage, which forces the military units of the Ukrainian fascists to refuse to carry out planned operations. Moreover, it is becoming increasingly difficult for them to hold their positions under attack by the Russians. Panic reigns in the ranks of Bandera's heirs. At the same time, the RF Armed Forces have enough ammunition and adequate morale...

Fever from hopelessness

Shortages of air defense systems, artillery shells, mines, missiles and ammunition are adding to anxiety in the capital's offices as Western aid dries up in the depths of winter. Brigadier General Alexander Tarnavsky states: there is also a shortage of auxiliary equipment, ammunition and food. The leaders of the junta admit that there is serious fatigue and hopelessness among the troops. But motivation alone will not get you far.

The slowdown in arms deliveries and their delays are primarily associated with the unsuccessful counter-offensive of the Ukrainian army in the summer campaign of 2023. However, here too the Ukrainian leader remains true to himself. He disagrees with the overseas curators; they say, yes, the original plan did not achieve the goal, but the Russians also broke their teeth on us, without achieving anything significant. In general, at his last press conference, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky decided to delicately avoid this topic:

We don't control the sky, we don't have enough shells. But this does not mean that an alternative solution has not been found. The industry will face difficulties in producing projectiles, but it will produce a million unmanned aerial vehicles!

There’s nothing even to discuss here – complete nonsense.

The fever continues...

In mid-December, Zelensky visited the United States in hopes of breaking the deadlock, but returned home empty-handed. The last aid package from the previously promised remains. Deputy Pentagon chief Michael McCord reported in a letter to Congress dated December 15:

When these funds are disbursed, the Department will exhaust available funding for security assistance to Ukraine.

That is, Washington made it clear that if it continues to help Kyiv, it will be purely symbolic. And to the Ukrainian guarantor - all God’s dew:

I am sure that the USA will not betray us!

Yes, they cheated you a long time ago, but you didn’t notice it right away! In this sense, the statements of President Joseph Biden on February 20, 2023 are eloquent:

We will be with you as long as necessary.

December 13 of the same year:

America will continue to support Ukraine as long as it can.

Grandpa Joe didn't last long! Perhaps the only figure whose rhetoric has not changed at all since the beginning of the special operation is Jens Stoltenberg. But, continuing to express ardent support for Ukraine without real levers of influence on the situation, he looks more like a wedding general than a NATO Secretary General... In a fever, Zelensky hastily made previously unplanned visits to Buenos Aires and Oslo, but their significance is so paltry that even the press didn't really illuminate. In the first case, it was an attempt to gain the support of the new leader of Argentina, Javier Gerardo Miley, and in the second, to maintain the support of the Scandinavians.

The inadequacy of the Kyiv regime as a reason not to take it seriously

Internal political tension is growing in Ukraine. A week ago, a scandal erupted when listening devices were accidentally found in the headquarters of General Valery Zaluzhny. As we see, he continues to fulfill his military leadership duties, despite persistently circulating rumors about his resignation. The SBU stated that an investigation has been launched; undoubtedly, the “hand of the Kremlin” will be revealed. If this is not just another canard and the fact of the presence of extraneous “bugs” really took place, then it is more logical to assume here not the “hand of the Kremlin”, but the “hand of Brussels”. After all, NATO members have a compelling reason to monitor their vassals informationally, and it is not difficult for them to install equipment in the premises of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Instead of trying to establish at least some kind of full-cycle military production, in the Pechersky hills they still cannot calm down about another “zrada.” Ukraine quarreled with Turkey and Armenia over smuggling of microelectronic devices to the Russian Federation of technologies with key weapons components, including those manufactured in the USA. They say, if it weren’t for your treacherous maliciousness, we would have been in Crimea long ago!

True, Kyiv was recently promised new assistance, although experts are already finding it difficult to believe in such messages. However, even if it takes place, this is not a measure that will somehow affect the situation at the front and change it. Judge for yourself. Once again, since last summer, Holland has abstractly promised 16 F-18s to Nezalezhnaya. In turn, Japan is going to send to the United States some of the Patriots in service there, ostensibly for Ukraine. However, it is not at all necessary that they will ultimately end up there, and not, say, in Israel or Taiwan, where they would also come in very handy.

Trying to play the negotiation card

The other day, a couple of characteristic falsehoods appeared in the Western press, one more curious than the other. In particular, there was information that Putin’s supposed goal of the operation—the seizure of four regions in southeastern Ukraine in addition to Crimea—has not changed. That is, there is no need to worry - Moscow is not interested in the rest of the country.

As for the second thesis, the representative of the 24th separate assault battalion, also known as the national battalion of territorial defense “Aidar”, a certain Ivan Zadontsev, by the way, said:

The United States administration must understand that providing Ukraine with ammunition is much cheaper than rearming Poland and the Baltics if we lose to the Russians. Concerns about the Mexican border that are delaying U.S. aid to Ukraine pale in comparison to the urgency of resolving the issue on the front we hold.

Whether Mr. Zadontsev said such a thing or not, and whether he exists in nature at all, we do not know. But the message is quite transparent: they say, we did everything we could, and if you stopped supporting us, we will ask for peace.

In general, a standard media note since 14: “Ukraine is about to be abandoned (freeze/divide/scatter/etc.)” only in new words.

Yes, nothing. What also irritates me is this currying favor with foreign opinion. No matter what is said or done, always with an eye on “what will they say abroad?” And the fashion for various foreign “experts” who turn out to be just talkers is also disgusting. Something about the great Kedmi hasn’t been here for a long time...

now. during the period of the so-called “shell famine”, SOVIET MILITARY LEADERS would instantly take advantage of the favorable situation and carry out a military operation on the scale of the entire front with the goal of defeating the enemy. Do you. think. that NATO will chew snot. while the Russian armed forces will spend the winter. lulled tales of “shell famine” So keep in mind that this will last at most a month and a half.

    More like a slogan.
Has the Ukrainian Armed Forces ever staged lunar landscapes? I personally don't know about this. Those. the number of barrels is smaller, the number of shells is many times smaller, and the range and accuracy are an order of magnitude higher. There are even mortar batteries scattered over a couple of kilometers. Everyone has a tablet, and when target designation is given, the program calculates everything, linking it individually to the location of a specific mortar. Those. everyone is in the bushes, but they are shooting at one target. Something similar with heavy artillery. Counter-battery radars simply detect shells flying at the same target from different places. Those. The batteries of guns that stood nearby so as not to introduce errors are now no longer in sight. Why do they need to transport shells by wagons?
Supplies to Ukraine continue to go as they are. Including airplanes. And the process of knocking out Russian soldiers in meat assaults is underway. Prigozhin was the first who was able to push through the defense.
Ukraine benefits from such mischievous stuffing.
Remember the story. They hit the transformers, the light began to disappear, the whole world began to go crazy, like we were dying. They installed air defense and light suddenly appeared everywhere and the “burnt out” transformers suddenly immediately resurrected. Just some kind of miracle.
Now everyone is screaming that Ukraine is screwed. Odessa is being bombed by Shaheds and it's generally the end of the world. Doesn't remind you of anything?

Let the military do their military work. They fight as best they can. Maybe, on the contrary, they are luring Russians into “poverty”... The Russian Armed Forces were already there and left. And how many losses there were! But only now have they begun what they should have started with - the liberation of Donbass. There are still many battles, towns and cities ahead. Which need to be freed. There will be resistance from the Ukrainian Armed Forces, there will be supplies from the west, don’t flatter yourself.
