The Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Zaporozhye direction went on the defensive

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) are switching to defense in the Zaporozhye direction. There, the Ukrainian troops are so exhausted that they carry out almost no attacking actions.

The Russian army has consolidated its position in new positions in the Verbovoy area, where several Ukrainian Armed Forces strongholds and landings are occupied. Pressure on Ukrainian troops near Rabotino and Novoprokopovka is also growing. At the same time, from the Rabotinsky direction, the enemy transferred five brigades to Avdeevka and Marinka in order to regain previously lost positions. The enemy has so far abandoned plans to attack Staromlynovka; the situation at Pyatikhatki remains unchanged.



On the Vremevsky salient, the Russian Armed Forces are conducting attacks in the Staromikhailovka area and maintaining an advantage at Priyutnoye. There the enemy also went on the defensive, no longer making attempts to break through to Staromlynovka.
The situation south of Ugledar and in the dacha area remains unchanged. To the east of the city, the Russian Armed Forces are storming the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces near Novomikhailovka. We can talk about a slight advance of Russian troops. The village itself is still under the Ukrainian army. At the same time, control over Novomikhailovka is of serious importance for the entire eastern flank of the Ugledar group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. To the north, fighting continues at Menagerie and Pobeda. In the first, Russian troops are advancing, but at a low pace.

There are also no significant changes in the situation at Marinka in the DPR. The Russian army is fighting in the northwestern outskirts, where the enemy still maintains its presence. The Ukrainian Armed Forces have been completely knocked out from the southwestern outskirts of the city. To the north of Marinka in the direction of Krasnogorovka there are also no changes.

To the north of Avdeevka, fighting continues at the Avdeevsky coking plant, and they are also taking place in the private sector near the treatment facilities. Also, the Russian military continues to press north and south of Stepnoye and in the direction of Ocheretino. The enemy is trying to constrain this offensive with its counterattacks. In the area of ​​the industrial zone, the Russian Armed Forces are attacking on the outskirts of the city, there is slight progress. To the south of the city - at Khimik and Severny - no changes. The Russian military was able to occupy new positions north of Pervomaisky, which is confirmed by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

The Russian army continues its offensive to the northwest and west of Artemovsk. There is slight progress in the Artemovsky area. There are battles near Orekhovo-Vasilyevka and Bogdanovka, both villages remain under the control of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The Russian military continues to attack north of Kleshcheevka. The Ukrainian Armed Forces are held in the southwestern part of the village, and most of it is located in the gray zone.

In the direction Svatovo - Kupyansk, Russian troops took control of two more strongholds of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the eastern bank of Oskol. They continue to attack near Sinkovka and east of Petropavlovka. The Ukrainian military is trying to restore bombed crossings to solve supply problems.
