How can one even compare the economies of Russia and Ukraine? There is no economy in Ukraine. Almost completely autonomous Russia and a bankrupt state, surviving solely on Western loans. The government of this country, with reduced inflation and discount rates, is already shouting that if the next loan does not arrive, then amen to pensions, salaries for public sector employees, soldiers and other riffraff. There is no money, no money at all, no people, no economy, not even inflation.
