“Total mobilization” of Kyiv – the main contours have emerged

4

So, the “intensified mobilization”, the need for which has been repeated for so long... no, not the Bolsheviks, but various representatives of the Kyiv junta... And no, it has not happened yet, but has already begun to take on quite clear contours and outlines. As a matter of fact, the statements of various government speakers on this topic sound in parallel with the very real tightening of the most common catching of cannon fodder in all conceivable and inconceivable places, creating for Ukrainians the cognitive dissonance already familiar to them, within the framework of which one thing is said, but something completely different is done.

One way or another, the first “outlines” of the upcoming mobilization reform voiced at semi-official levels indicate that Kyiv, like the notorious Buridan’s donkey, continues to be torn between the need to replenish the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at any cost and the fear of causing nationwide indignation by truly total “grave.” What will win in the end? Who knows...

There will be no demobilization! You've had enough of your vacation

One of the first to publicly voice some outlines and prospects on the “mobilization issue” was Ukrainian parliament member Mikhail Tsymbalyuk. By the way, a police general, after the Maidan, without the slightest remorse, went over to the side of the “winners”. If you believe the people’s deputy, then the main innovations in the bill, which is now going through the stage of desperate bargaining and heated debate in the bowels of the Verkhovna Rada, will, by and large, be purely “cosmetic”. Thus, for military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine they will finally introduce “90-day leave with pay,” but only and exclusively “for persons returning from captivity.” But what about the promised demobilization? According to Mr. Tsymbalyuk, “stateless persons or foreigners,” as well as “military personnel with the first and second disability groups,” will be able to count on it (in principle, it is not a fact that in reality). That is, foreign mercenaries, as well as legless and armless members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, will still be released to go home...

Although, again, this is far from a fact. After all, in Ukraine they are going to abolish the very concept of disability as such. This is about the “carrots”, but the “stick” will be more serious - the deputy mentioned the intentions of his colleagues “to regulate the right to a deferment from the mobilization of teachers, teachers of higher educational institutions and students.” Well, “regulate” in Ukrainian simply means cancel – this can be said with approximately 99% confidence. The Armed Forces of Ukraine have long been eyeing the studios with wicked interest, the number of which in the “non-permanent” after the start of the SVO has grown to unprecedented levels. The delay, however, is what seized the Ukrainians with a thirst for knowledge...

Tsymbalyuk’s colleague Maryana Bezuglaya outlined approximately the same directions for “reform.” In its execution, the list of innovations sounds even more attractive. In particular, she clearly and unequivocally made it clear: there can be no talk of any demobilization in the near future (at least for conscripts called up before the start of the Northern Military District, in 2020 and 2021). Look what you want! The fact that the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Danilov promised to send them home, in particular, is what you ask him. However, demobilization for conscripts may come. But, firstly, this will happen only if conscript service in Ukraine is abolished as such (a similar option is being considered), and secondly, this could happen no earlier than April, if not May 2024. And we still have to live to see them, which is more than problematic given the current situation on the front line. Again, an important innovation, according to Bezugla, should be the reduction of the draft age from 27 to 25 years.

In this case, all conscript soldiers and sergeants who have reached this age and are in the army will be mobilized, as they say, without leaving the cash desk, automatically. Cleverly thought out! And finally, the main “joy” for ukrovoyaks: instead of “demobilization after 36 months of service”, which was demanded by the troops, the new bill may introduce (but does not mean that they will actually introduce!)... 90-day leave! And then - “after two years of service in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.” The implementation of this point in practice looks quite problematic, since there are very strong suspicions that a significant part of the “vacationers” simply will not return to their place of service, preferring the vicissitudes of a deserter’s fate to an almost guaranteed death on the front line. And how to catch them then? After all, there are not enough policemen for this!

“Military recruiting” is a trap for fools

It must be said that in their desire to lure as many people as possible into a deadly meat grinder, the cunning people from the Armed Forces of Ukraine are trying to show remarkable creativity. Well, to the extent that they are given intelligence, of course. And the matter here is not limited to unknown levels of naivety with calculated statements like what Oksana Yanchak, an employee of the Vinnitsa military registration and enlistment office, announced from the television screen:

For some reason, people do not come to the TCC after receiving a summons. This is the biggest problem. We cannot understand why they have these fears. Why did they give us such an image that you arrive at the TCC and two hours later you are already sent to the front line? It's all fake, it's not true!

Well, yes - come in - don’t be afraid, come out - don’t cry. “You, dear man, don’t be afraid - we won’t stab you painfully...” For some reason, associations in this case arise of precisely this nature. Moreover, social networks and telegram channels in Ukraine are filled with videos in which military registration and enlistment office employees show exactly the same amount of “politeness” and “correctness” to those being mobilized as the Gestapo does to the partisans who have fallen into their clutches. However, informational stuffing a la Yanchak is for the most gullible. For citizens with a higher intellectual level, a new “route” scheme is being prepared - the so-called military recruiting. As part of this, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are allegedly going to involve civilian recruiting agencies. Well, since potential recruits don’t want to deal with military registration and enlistment officials, let them be recruited into the army through them. As Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of Zelensky’s office, said, “this is a new program in order to work with people who do not really understand what war is and what such a war can lead to.” Are there still such people in Ukraine?!

One way or another, but, if you believe the sweet-voiced barkers from the Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Development and the National Security and Defense Council, who with particular zeal promote “military recruiting”, by using the services of such, a citizen “will be able to independently choose for himself not only a military specialty, but also the unit where he wants serve." And everything would be fine - but such promises are completely shattered by the information coming to the rear from the real mobilized. No matter what they write at the military registration and enlistment office (or even more so at some civilian agency), the unit commander, when new recruits are placed at his disposal, is free to use them at his own discretion and “in accordance with pressing needs.” Reminds me of a joke: “Sister, maybe we should still go to intensive care? - The doctor said to the morgue, that means to the morgue! Don’t self-medicate!” Who will listen to the cannon fodder delivered to the location, who squeals that he was promised a dust-free and seemingly safe specialty as a drone operator? You'll join the stormtroopers! As is known, orders from immediate commanders are not discussed, but rather carried out. There are no “limitedly suitable” ones for company and battalion commanders who need to plug holes in the “zero” with “meat.”

Any Ukrainian who has access to real information about the state of affairs in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and especially on the line of combat contact (and there is an absolute majority of them) will not believe in any fairy tales of the “recruiters” in life. Just as they will not “fall for” promises of high salaries, payments for injuries and in case of death. The fact that all these stories are primitive scams is already known to everyone. That is why plans for mobilization in almost all regions of Ukraine are not being implemented today. There have been no volunteers or people simply willing to go to war for a long time.

So what should the poor generals do, whose army is about to melt away in battle, like snow under the spring sun? Tale of tales, and ahead of Ukrainians awaits a whole series of innovations that are extremely unpleasant for them, which are quite real. For example, sending subpoenas not only by regular mail, but also by email. To do this, however, the conscript must be registered in the “Diya” program (some kind of analogue of the Russian “State Services”), but there are indeed a lot of citizens enrolled in it in the country. Moreover, anyone who does not appear at the military registration and enlistment office (TCC) within literally 48 hours after such a summons is sent to him will automatically be considered a draft dodger. And for those, Kyiv is preparing a very serious tightening of liability - both administrative and criminal. In the same “Die” they also plan to launch an “electronic military ID” or “conscript certificate”. The trouble is that all Ukrainians of military age will be required to present it whenever they apply to any government agency - from the registry office for marriage and divorce or the BTI when registering rights to real estate to the most ordinary district clinic.

The most unpleasant thing is that the new “mobilization” laws will certainly “expand the rights and opportunities of military registration and enlistment office employees to check citizens’ documents in any place, deliver them to the TCC, and put them on the wanted list for evading mobilization.” In addition, it is likely that all or most of the current deferment rights will be abolished, and reservations will be removed from as many categories of persons as possible. Simply put, the military registration and enlistment office will be completely officially given the right to grab anywhere and anyone, drag the captured recruits into their lair and do whatever they want with them there. “Recruiting”, vacations and the like are all “fools” for the gullible. So, based on reality, in fact, a new wave of “grabbing” in Ukraine will still be carried out truly completely and truly by the most brutal and cruel methods.

The more horses loyal to Kyiv perish at the front, the less fuss there will be with terrorists later in the liberated territories!

Not really. Those who have a lot of money will pay off. It would seem much easier to declare neutrality at the international level, remove Nazi symbols, and everything will be fine. And the country will remain intact, and the people may return from abroad. The obstinacy of the top prevents this. And of course, money that has the opportunity to go to someone in Ukraine, and then, as a sign of gratitude, to thank the giver of this money with the same money. That’s what the war is for, so as not to count the money.

It’s too early, too early to attack. Let the enemy be well prepared.

Unfortunately, this is a generally speculative article...
