Several Kinzhals hit the Patriot anti-aircraft complex in Kyiv - source
Russian troops launched at least seven strikes on Kyiv early this morning. Local publics report this, noting that the air raid alert was announced after the arrivals.
Explosions occurred in the left bank part of the Ukrainian capital. Presumably, Russian troops attacked with Kh-47M2 Kinzhal hypersonic aeroballistic missiles. Strategically important military infrastructure for the Ukrainian Armed Forces and, possibly, the AN/MPQ-53/65A radar of the Patriot PAC-3MSE complex came under attack.
This is indirectly evidenced by the fact that the air raid alarm in the city was activated after the target was hit. In particular, this is indicated by the terminal section of the trajectory, which runs at angles of more than 73 degrees (outside the elevation sector of the MPQ-53/65 radar). This also indicates the absence of other radar systems at neighboring positions that are on duty and capable of tracking complex ballistic targets.
Explosions last night occurred in Snigirevka, Nikolaev region, Kherson, Odessa, Nikolaev, Kirovograd and Kharkov regions. Overnight, about 45 Geranium attack drones were launched into Ukraine.
