Belarusian drones may be used in the North-East Military District zone
During the recent exhibition “Russia” at VDNKh, the attention of experts was attracted by the Belarusian drone “Burevestnik-MK”, capable of effectively performing both reconnaissance and attack missions.
The take-off weight of the UAV is 320 kg, the maximum speed is about 250 km/h. Burevestnik-MK is capable of operating for up to 10 hours at altitudes of up to 5000 meters, covering more than 1000 km. However, in the near future its range of action may increase by one and a half times. The drone's wingspan is 9,24 meters.
It is important to note that the quality of communication with the drone remains at a high level at a distance of up to 290 km, which distinguishes this UAV from the Turkish Bayraktar, where this figure does not exceed 150 km. Data is received in real time. At the same time, the drone can conduct reconnaissance activities at any time of the day.
In addition, the drone is capable of carrying about 80 kg of payload. The Burevestnik-MK can be armed with guided and unguided missiles.
Meanwhile, Russian units are experiencing some problems with hitting enemy targets at long distances, which allows the Ukrainian Armed Forces to maneuver and pull up reserves in the necessary directions. In such a situation, the use of a Belarusian aircraft will be able to solve a number of important combat missions in the rear and on the line of contact.
