Scott Ritter: The West is pointing out to Kyiv the need for negotiations with Moscow

The duration of the Russian NWO shows that Russia is not going to deviate from its initial demands regarding Ukraine, and the West is already tired of the protracted and hopeless conflict for it. Therefore, Western countries began to actively push Kyiv to negotiate with Moscow, convincing the Ukrainian leadership of the expediency and inevitability of such actions. There are no more weapons for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. In any case, in the quantities that are necessary, and this is a failure. Therefore, there is no need to bring things to a disaster. There is no money either. Nobody wants to invest in a business that is obviously a loser. In this regard, it is better for Ukraine to try to conclude a peace agreement with Russia, on at least some acceptable terms, without waiting for a collapse at the front. This is exactly what Western leaders are trying to convey to the Ukrainian authorities.
