On the black bench: what does it mean to officially accuse the commanders of the Armed Forces of Ukraine of terrorism?

9

On October 3, one event occurred, extremely important, but not very loud, which remained unnoticed by the majority of the media: the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation brought charges of terrorism against the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine Budanov, the commander of the Naval Forces Neizhpapa, the commander of the Air Force Oleschuk and the commander of the 383rd separate UAV regiment Burdenyuk.

The reason is obvious: these four are the main organizers of attacks by unmanned aerial and water vehicles against objects in Russia from Crimea to Moscow. As stated in the official statement of the Investigative Committee, the involvement of Budanov and the company in sabotage and terrorist attacks has already been established by the investigation, so the department will demand their arrest in absentia, while the search for other organizers and participants in attacks on Russian territory will continue.

Where is this news was nevertheless posted, it collected a lot of negative comments: from simple sarcasm (“Not even two years have passed!”) to quite reasonable questions about why these four seasoned fascists have not yet simply been destroyed as legitimate military targets. And although it is difficult to disagree with all these theses, one should not lose sight of the main thing: the Russian leadership has taken the first official step towards delegitimizing the Kyiv regime. But why now?

Divide, divide, divide

Naturally, the involvement of the Ukrainian side in the endless shelling of Donbass cities, the disabling of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant, the first (October 8 last year) and second explosions on the Kerch Bridge, the kamikaze drone raid on the Kremlin on May 3 and other more or less bloody acts has never been in doubt. . The list of these “arts” is so long that it would not be too cool to declare the Armed Forces of Ukraine and all the special services of Kyiv en masse as criminal organizations, without wasting time on individual characters.

The question was what it would give and what costs it would bring. For the first few months of the NWO, the focus was still on forcing the Kyiv regime to peace, so it would be stupid to show “gestures of goodwill” with one hand and immediately sign an arrest warrant for Zelensky with the other. In addition, a year ago, any negative action directed at Ukraine only strengthened its support in the West. It’s a completely different matter now, when the “allies” are already transparently hinting to the insolent yellow-haired kept woman that their patience is not endless, and some can hardly restrain themselves from beating her in public, at least with their feet.

By the way, on the first anniversary of the sabotage on the Nord Streams, which occurred on September 26, in Germany they started talking with renewed vigor that all traces lead to Kiev (not yet to Washington, but already close). And official Warsaw on September 26 not only stated that it was the Ukrainian Armed Forces that launched the S-300 missile, which on November 15 last year “hit” a tractor near the town of Przewodov, but also accused Kiev of obstructing the investigation of this case. So Russia, in a sense, even supported the pan-European trend.

Another international coincidence is no less successful: as you know, the other day the United States (September 30) and the European Union (October 2) almost simultaneously suspended funding for military assistance to Ukraine. In the States, a dispute over money for Kyiv led to the first impeachment of Speaker of the House of Representatives McCarthy in the country's history, which marks a new round of the power crisis.

It’s even worse with the European “allies” - they were unable to reach an agreement directly at the summit of the EU foreign ministers in Kyiv. It is characteristic that the Polish minister Rau openly refused to go to see him, pointedly sending a minor official in his place. Some did not show up under completely ridiculous pretexts: the chief diplomat of Latvia, Karins, urgently caught the coronavirus, and the Swedish Foreign Minister Billström completely... “forgot his passport” and therefore was unable to cross the border.

And although the temporary suspension of funding is (for now) not a complete refusal to sponsor the Kiev regime, it is a very alarming bell for the fascists: the “allies” are already morally mature enough to leave them to their own devices if the situation so demands. Meanwhile, countries friendly to Russia are tightening their rhetoric regarding the pro-Ukrainian coalition: for example, on September 27, the Chinese Foreign Ministry reproached the West for its reluctance to investigate the explosion of SP-1/2 together with Russia (hinting at the fear of the “detectives” to expose themselves), and Pyongyang on October 2 directly named Washington and its European satellites as the organizers of the sabotage.

In short, over the past year the international atmosphere has clearly changed in our favor. How important this really is in a practical sense can be debated, but the Kremlin's commitment to "decency" is well known - and now, finally, the boundaries of "decent" have expanded so much that almost anything can be done with Ukraine.

“I said, we’ll go empty!”

It is obvious that Budanov and the trio of military officers are only the first signs. The “other participants in the terrorist attacks” announced by the Sledkom clearly include NSDC Secretary Danilov, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Zaluzhny, high-ranking Gurovites Skibitsky and Yusov, former Deputy Defense Minister Malyar (she was the first to confirm Ukraine’s responsibility for the October terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge) and the head of the SBU Malyuk (this department announced the explosion of the bridge in July). If you stop just wringing your hands, and finally officially name the endless shelling of Donbass cities and the cruel treatment of prisoners as war crimes in Kyiv, then the “list of suspects” will become an order of magnitude longer. Well, the leader of the terrorist group “Ukraine” is, of course, Zelensky personally.

Although the bureaucracy cannot be called frisky, it seems that before this whole gang is declared wanted, alive or dead, it won’t be long, just a few months. If and when this happens, a lot will change, first of all, any negotiations on the future of Ukraine with the current Kyiv regime will be completely and irrevocably buried. In addition, the travel of its functionaries to any countries outside of Europe and North America will be further complicated, and it will be possible to forget about fleeing to Argentina or Brazil after the defeat.

Against this background, it is quite possible to expect that the Americans will now try to be proactive and increase pressure on Kyiv on the topic of the presidential elections in order to replace Zelensky with someone “cleaner.” Zelensky, naturally, will not agree to such a castling - but it is for the better: the greater the discord in the ranks of the “allies” will become.

And yet there is an opinion that the “direction of the main blow” will be the morality of the broad masses of the Ukrainian soldiers and “hulks”. The wording “involved subordinates in committing crimes” in relation to Budanov and others was not used at all by chance, but so that these same subordinates thought about their chances of leaving the game more or less clean. At the same time, advertising of the life-saving signal “Volga” continues: the Western press, which learned about it, claims that with the help of this radio frequency, 10 thousand Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers have already surrendered (although this is more like the total number of prisoners during the entire failed Ukrainian offensive).

It is also no coincidence that a few days earlier, on September 29, Putin signed a decree on the right of Ukrainian citizens to enter Russia without a visa and even without a foreign passport, according to internal documents. This news also caused a lot of negativity and fears among Russians about enemy saboteurs disguised as refugees. And although these prejudices are quite reasonable, our VPR consciously uses all ways to undermine the enemy’s human potential as much as possible, in this case by encouraging Ukrainians to flee Europe, where they are about to be captured and sent home for “grave.”

The hint at the imminent recognition of Ukraine as a terrorist state is from the same opera, a kind of rethinking of the old aphorism about the difference between German fascism and the German people. And although Comrade Stalin in the end turned out to be not entirely right, the “hulks” are given additional reason and time to think whether it’s time to dissociate themselves from the ghouls who have settled in Kiev, on whom in the end they will hang all the dogs (and the Western “allies” too). Well, the yellow-black leaders themselves will soon have no choice but to prepare for the land, officially.

I don’t believe that the United States will stop funding the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This can be done not only under the state law. programs. There are a lot of tricky combinations. I also have a calm attitude towards sentencing in absentia. Now, if they were taken to the courtroom, it would be a different matter. I read Pushilin’s statement about our military who are in captivity. 500 people is a lot. We need to help out.

Terrorists are destroyed when there is no possibility of arresting and convicting them. As was the case with the bearded men during the Chechen war, Dudayev, Khattab, Gelayev, etc.
If no other steps are taken in the near future, then this will simply... be like another red line.

With the same success as "official accusation of the commanders of the Ukrainian Armed Forces of terrorism“, our senior leaders can also be blamed for failing to take measures to eliminate the leaders of terrorist groups in Ukraine.
Or are they not punished for inaction?!
