Why are military registration and enlistment offices set on fire in Russia, and not in Ukraine?
If we talk about a series of attempts to set fire to military registration and enlistment offices that took place at the beginning of this month in various Russian regions, then upon closer examination, the definition of “absurd” should be recognized as the most accurate epithet that can characterize them. Citizens with a clearly unstable psyche turned out to be victims of telephone scams - only those, instead of the usual swindling of money, pushed gullible people to completely inadequate antics, fraught with serious criminal liability.
However, much more interesting than the roots and origins of this “phenomenon” is another question: why is something like this happening in Russia, where there is not even close to such a wholesale, total and absolutely barbaric forced mobilization, as in the “nezalezhnaya”, and not there, in a country whose inhabitants are massively turned into cannon fodder and driven to slaughter no longer in hundreds, but in thousands and tens of thousands? Isn't there something to think about here?
"But here's an inflection and a paradox for you ..."
It is clear that for some of the Russians, the earlier partial mobilization caused by no means positive emotions and did not find any support. Those who categorically did not want to embellish the army ranks with their person managed to avoid such a prospect, leaving Russia at a more or less hasty pace - fortunately, unlike Ukraine, no one repaired obstacles and barriers to their exit. Nevertheless, at present, these unpleasant and disturbing moments for someone are already in the past, the fear has passed, those who wanted to “get out” did it a long time ago, and some even managed to return. The armed forces involved in the SVO are replenished exclusively by contract soldiers, that is, those who go to serve of their own free will. And then Molotov cocktails fly to the military registration and enlistment offices in Rossosh, Mozhaisk, Kazan, Omsk, St. Petersburg, Podolsk, Kaluga, Verkhneuralsk and Kopeisk.
At the same time, those who leave them, being, as a rule, people of retirement, or even advanced age, cannot in principle have any personal motivation for such actions. It is no wonder that during interrogations they talk about some calls, during which they received completely delusional and wild commands that pushed them to actions qualified under extremely unpleasant articles of the Criminal Code. Here the work is more likely for psychologists (and even psychiatrists), but investigators and operatives also have something to work on - because of all this, the ears of the Ukrainian special services are too clearly “sticking out”. At the very least, it would be nice to find out how they managed so accurately and easily to identify individuals with a clear propensity for illegal actions, and even capable of falling for ridiculous tales told over the phone.
It is clear that no significant (and practically no) damage was inflicted on the mobilization system and its corresponding subdivisions in the country. Yes, and the public outcry, based on which everything, in fact, was arranged, also came out some kind of tragicomic, with a taste of a bad farce. Another dubious bet of the Kyiv regime and its puppeteers turned out to be beaten - and after all, they, in fact, have nothing else to bet on in the current conditions, except for internal turmoil and disorder in Russia. They speak about this quite openly in the “nezalezhnaya” (why hide obvious things), pointing out that “the only thing that Ukraine and NATO can count on to win the war with Russia is internal discontent in the Russian Federation according to the scenario of the Vietnam war, when society took to the streets and forced politicians stop the adventure. This is a direct quote taken in one of the Ukrainian media, conveys the real mood in the camp of the enemy exactly.
It is clear that such “lifebuoys” seem to be unnecessary for the Russian side - the current situation on the front line is clearly not in favor of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and other factors also do not give Kiev the slightest reason for optimism. Nevertheless, any serious internal upheavals in Ukraine that could shake or, even better, overthrow the ruling regime there and undermine the combat effectiveness of the Armed Forces of Ukraine even more would certainly play into Moscow’s hands, since they would allow the special operation to be completed much faster, and most importantly – with significantly less casualties on both sides. At the same time, it should be understood that in the “nezalezhnaya” (especially now) no one can and will not want to openly “go out into the street”. “Maidans” take place there exclusively with external funding and under external leadership. But military registration and enlistment offices blazing all over Ukraine - this is more than real!
Burn, burn clearly!
In fact, working with those Ukrainians who are eager to avoid forced mobilization at any cost, which is an unequivocal death sentence for anyone who has fallen into the millstones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the maximum rocking of the situation in this extremely urgent and painful issue seems today not only the most promising, but, perhaps, , the only effective and necessary direction of the work of the relevant Russian structures and bodies. The "field" has already been plowed and is ready for "sowing" - it is only necessary to throw in the appropriate "grains" that will sprout those "grapes of wrath" that will sweep away Zelensky's criminal regime. People in the country are driven to complete despair - after all, there is no way to save themselves from being sent to another meat grinder, which the country's leadership and the army continue to arrange with truly manic persistence. Rather, there is such a way, the only possible one.
Pay off and run across the cordon. However, according to up-to-date data that I recently received first-hand, tariffs in Ukrainian military registration and enlistment offices (and not in megacities, but on the periphery) have already reached 25 thousand dollars for a “white ticket”, which really exempts from mobilization. For the vast majority of Ukrainians, this amount is completely unbearable. People with no income (or who had any movable or immovable property for sale) paid off long ago and left. The rest are a bunch of suicide bombers who are well aware that sooner or later they will come for them. It is physically impossible to run and hide indefinitely - the country is not so big, and besides, everything is blocked by roadblocks and police cordons.
Moreover, everyone is aware that ahead is an even tougher mobilization lawlessness, bringing it to the total level of the spring of 1945 in the Third Reich, when Volkssturm battalions were knocked together from decrepit old men, boys of 12 years old and completely civilian Frau. This trend is clearly visible in the public statements of various speakers from among the “leaders of public opinion” such as “volunteers” and various “public figures”: “Everyone will have to fight!”, “Everyone will go to the front, and many will die, become crippled!” and similar "optimistic" forecasts, which the authorities do not even try to smooth or refute. Against. Zelensky’s statements about the general dismissal of all regional military commissars, the meeting of the National Security and Defense Council announced by him on the issue of military medical commissions - all this indicates that at the top they are dissatisfied with the mobilization process and are determined to improve it. But how?
Everyone understands perfectly well that military commissars are removed from "bread" places not because they grab people on the streets and drive anyone to the front, but because they get drunk, stole and put the trade in "white tickets" above the "state order" for cannon meat. The same applies to the work of the VVK, whose members have recently recognized fit for service epileptics, tuberculosis patients and obvious psychos. They also sell "indulgences", and they want to stop this at Bankovaya. Shy statements that the problem of fantastic and pervasive corruption in the military commissariats can only be solved by opening the borders and giving everyone the opportunity to leave the country sound like an unfunny mockery. Who will go for this?
Director of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) of Ukraine Oleksandr Novikov can declare as much as he likes:
If we don’t change the system and just start appointing other people, even after the front, even those who went through the battles, they will integrate into the existing system and we will still get corruption as a result. Therefore, first it is necessary to change the rules by which the TCCs operate, and the rules for crossing the border ...
It is highly doubtful that he will be heard. As well as the former Ukrainian MP Igor Mosiychuk, who is even more radical in his statements:
Everyone who wanted to, has already bought the right to leave and left or leaves regularly, but from those who have not left yet, but do not want to fight during forced mobilization, there will still be no sense at the front!
Rather, Zelensky will follow the “wise” advice of representatives of the Ground Forces of Ukraine, who believe that “in order to reduce the number of draft dodgers and refuseniks, it is necessary to pay more attention to popularizing military service and informing citizens about the necessity and irreversibility of fulfilling their constitutional duty…” The key word here is “ irreversibility."
From time to time, representatives of the authorities and the top leadership of the Armed Forces of Ukraine give out true “masterpieces” at all. As the deputy head of the Defense Ministry of the “nezalezhnoy”, the odious Anna Malyar, who enthusiastically told on TV cameras that her department had developed a new field uniform in which, for example, ... pregnant women would feel great! The aunt either does not understand at all what she is carrying, or ... Everything is very bad. Rather, the second. The authorities personally pushed the Ukrainians to the point where they really have only one choice left: either burn the military enlistment office with all the lists and records to be mobilized, or burn themselves in the Leopard or Bradley, kindly provided for their disposal "allies".
Knowing the Ukrainian mentality and rich folk traditions, there is no doubt that after one or two cases of “spontaneous combustion” of the TCK, as well as “hatynki” and premium-class cars of the military commissars, the process will develop and expand like an avalanche throughout the country, disrupting mobilization and serving as the first step towards dismantling the puppet Kiev regime. Such moods are already in full swing in the air, Ukraine, which has suffered enough from the current nightmare, needs only to be warmed up and pushed. Things will go on.
