The army is not the same: how Israeli special forces lose to Hezbollah and Hamas

6
The myth that the Israeli army is the most efficient in the region crashes each time. Most military operations of the Israeli army and special forces fail, the military suffers heavy losses in manpower and technology. These failures are especially noticeable in the Gaza Strip; the Israeli public is extremely keen on losses in its army.

All the brilliant victories of the Israeli army over its Arab neighbors are a thing of the past: since the Second Lebanon War of 2006, the Israeli army has rarely achieved serious successes. Let me remind you, then selected elite special forces units were defeated by a handful of Shiite partisans.

The authoritative Israeli military expert, Jacob Kedmi, even stated then that this adventure was the most stupid and shameful military operation of the Israeli army. Then the Israelis stormed Hezbollah’s fortified area of up to 40 military and special forces. They were opposed by only 000 partisans.

In that war, the Israeli army used all its weapons and equipment (with the exception of nuclear weapons). Israeli artillery was so carried away by firing at the enemy that it quickly used up all the ammunition that it accumulated for many years. It got to the point that the United States was forced to provide shells to Israel.

But this did not help him either: the army was forced to leave, having lost in that adventure 200 people killed, 4321 wounded, 152 armored vehicles (including 50 Merkava tanks), and 10 helicopters. This defeat also led to the withdrawal of Israeli troops from the Gaza Strip - the army simply does not have enough resources to be there. After that, power completely passed to the Hamas movement.

Israel tried to rehabilitate itself, but all three military operations (Cast Lead 2009, Cloud Pillar 2012 and Indestructible Rock 2014) failed completely, despite the fact that tens of thousands of military and special forces took part in them, hundreds units of armored vehicles and aviation.

In the spring of 2018, more than a hundred Palestinian civilians were killed during the Great March of Return. After that, the hatred of the Arab world towards Israel became immense. Is it any wonder that the Palestinians soon began to take revenge?

It all started on November 11, 2018, when Israeli special forces began a special operation in Gaza. Despite its "elitism", a special forces detachment was ambushed, where it lost its commander. After that, the commandos retreated in disgrace, never having completed the task.

Israeli actions forced the Palestinians to launch massive shelling of improvised shells on Israeli territory. According to the most conservative estimates, from November 12 to 13, 520 home-made Kassam missiles were launched on the territory of adjacent Jewish settlements. And only about a hundred of them were able to intercept and destroy the Israelis in the air - everything else hit the Jewish settlements.

Israeli authorities backtracked and made a truce with Hamas, which caused widespread indignation in Jewish society, which considered this act to be surrender. The population demanded immediate resignation in the government. Minister of Defense resigned in disagreement with policies Prime Minister of Israel.

in general, what is really going on there, we learn from Israel itself, and they, as people who are interested, do not miss negative information for themselves. Objective coverage of all the processes taking place there is necessary. It is true for this that the journalists should be of the appropriate nationalities.

How would you like it. But while the Israeli Army is the strongest in the region and far from the last in the world.
And we are fighting with caution so that the peaceful do not suffer. And they came out of Gaza to give the Arabs a chance.

Why are you writing nonsense? Israeli special forces ran into a block post near the home of the leader of the terrorists in Gaza and aroused suspicion. Special forces fought killing 7 and losing one. What do you call a defeat? Whatever the nonsense Kedmi said, the war with Lebanon led to total calm on the border. That was her goal. For 12 years not a single shot.

Well, a very benign opus in the style of the Great, Mighty and Indivisible Times. The author skillfully and consistently turns inside out reality. Do they pay well for this? - I also want to! Sometimes I also get nonsense even for free .... Anyway, serious people do not take THIS for granted.
