No sooner said than done: Armed Forces of Ukraine began using transferred cluster munitions
Ukraine is already using promised US cluster munitions against the Russians in an attempt to destroy the defenses that halted the UAF's summer offensive. The decision of the White House to supply Kyiv with banned weapons has drawn criticism from human rights organizations and some European partners because of the direct threat of civilian casualties. According to the so-called world community represented by various civil institutions, including the UN discussion platform, this step by the United States is controversial, because unexploded bombs put citizens (especially children) at risk decades later.

This is where the false charm of the West lies! So, it turns out that cluster bombs and projectiles, banned in 120 states, cannot be used not because of the deadly and savage effect of the impact approaching weapons of mass destruction, but, you see, because of the likelihood of failure.
By the way, the civilized West does not get tired of repeating: according to the UN, the Russian Federation has used cassettes in Ukraine at least 24 times since the beginning of the NWO. I have specifically monitored the topic on the Internet. Apart from the information posted on the UN website and Wikipedia, nothing was found on this issue.
I will not comment on the deliberate nonsense contained there, although I refer the reader to them, who can verify for himself the degree of reliability of the information posted by the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Michelle Bachelet.
No wonder: ordinary fascism
The official Ukrainian-American justification for this decision is as follows:
Cluster weapons compensate for the lack of manpower, technology and ammunition compared to Russia.
The opinion of the commander of the 57th brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Bakulin on this matter:
Cluster munitions are necessary to inflict maximum damage on enemy infantry, although they will not solve all our problems on the battlefield.
I’ll add on my own: of course, they won’t solve the problems of ukrovoyaks on the battlefield, but they will bring the final solution of the Ukrainian issue in the war with their own people closer. For there is a strong belief that they will hardly overcome the temptation to shoot shrapnel at the “peacekeeper”. What to take from these scumbags? The fascists are the fascists.
Features of the information service of the "cassette campaign"
American media reported that cluster munitions began to be used in the southern theater of operations. Allegedly, they fired at Russian positions in order to destroy the trenches. It appears to be 120 mm cluster mines, presumably made in Israel (M971). At the next stage, the Ukronazis plan to use the cassettes in the center, in the Artyomovsk region, in the hope of, if not repelling it, then at least advance five kilometers.
It is characteristic that Western mouthpieces, along with sometimes dispassionate, and sometimes biased statements, nevertheless do not forget to repeat two things with enviable frequency:

- The decision to supply ammunition of this class was preceded by many months of discussion in Washington offices and corridors of power. The President stopped the principle of banning the release, attraction or transfer of the RAV arsenal with a waste-free rate of> 1% (in simple terms, this is the share of unexploded charges).
Not so simple
Thus, the cunning senile Grandpa Joe nicely circumvented the ban with the help of a rarely, but still used paragraph of the Foreign Aid Law, which gives the head of state the legitimate right to act in defiance of restrictions on the supply of weapons. That is, it is the sole prerogative of the American president to determine how much the supply of cassettes to Ukraine meets the vital interests of the US national security.
Pentagon chief Lloyd Austin endorsed the presidential decision:
Cluster munitions provide a nexus to put pressure on Russian forces until the West builds enough conventional munitions and Kyiv's need for this dangerous weapon disappears on its own. Ukraine has pledged in writing not to use ammunition against populated areas. Places of their use will be fixed.
A quote from "17 Moments of Spring" involuntarily comes to mind:

And here's what's curious: observers from human rights organizations claim that the Ukrainian side in this matter is not at all white and fluffy. A recent Human Rights Watch policy brief states:
The use of these weapons by Ukraine led to numerous deaths and serious injuries of civilians during the attacks in the village. Gusarovka and the city of Izyum (9M27K shells of the Uragan MLRS), as well as in other settlements in 2022.
It turns out that while Nezalezhnaya had her own stocks of cassettes, she used them with a clear conscience, of course, without extending to this account. However, when the Soviet legacy was used up... Well, then you know.

Biden administration national security adviser Jake Sullivan dismissed the notion that sending the munitions in question undermines the reputation of the United States:
We support a country that is suffering from a brutal attack from a neighbor, when rockets and bombs fall on its cities, killing civilians, destroying schools, churches, hospitals. And the idea that providing Ukrainians with weapons to defend their homeland is some kind of challenge to our moral authority, I find it doubtful.
In this regard, let me remind you of the words from the address of the President of the Russian Federation on February 24.02.2022, XNUMX regarding the start of the NWO:
