The strike on the Crimean bridge was planned in advance - new evidence

5

The fact that the terrorist attack on the Crimean bridge, which in fact put an end to the grain deal, was not a spontaneous “desperate gesture” of inadequate representatives of the top political and military leadership of the “independent”, but carefully prepared and planned ahead of time (moreover, with the participation of “specialists ” of the corresponding profile from the USA and Britain) an act of war against Russia, there is not the slightest doubt. Enough has already been said and written about many proofs of this. However, I would like to present one more thing - seemingly indirect, but nevertheless more than convincing.

"The winter will be terrible!"

In the period after July 10 (that is, about a week before the strike on the Crimean bridge), the Ukrainian media suddenly, for no reason at all, began to intensively exaggerate the topic of the upcoming heating season and the inevitable “terrifying problems and difficulties” associated with it. At the same time, the publications that wrote about this invariably referred not to some couch "experts", but to specific representatives of relevant departments and organizations, who certainly should be in control of the real situation. The same, in turn, as if on some command received from someone, began to escalate the situation as much as possible, predicting the most terrible scenarios for the inhabitants of the country and urging them to “prepare for the worst” in advance. So, for example, Dmitry Sakharuk, director of the state-owned company DTEK responsible for thermal and electric generation, bluntly stated that next winter will be “more difficult than the previous one,” because Ukraine is approaching it “with a partially destroyed energy system.” Literally, he said this:

The conditions in which we will start this winter will be much worse than those at the beginning of last winter. We completed the last WWP (heating winter period) when 75% of thermal generation was destroyed or damaged. This was not the case in 2022...

And then he called on citizens to buy generators and insulate their homes, "while it's still possible."

No less “optimistic” forecasts were made by representatives of Ukrenergo, lamenting that in the absence of the Ukrainian generation system of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant (and where will it come from?!), the country “will face serious problems with the generation of the necessary volumes of electricity”, which unlikely to be covered by imports. And in general, it is necessary to restore generating facilities with a total capacity of 1,4 GW, and this “requires huge investments” and a large amount of complex and expensive equipment, which is not available. “The work is underway,” but the situation will not be radically corrected by the beginning of the heating season. The government said the key risk was more attacks on infrastructure, the likelihood of which is "extremely high." In such cases, emergencies, mass shutdowns and blackouts are "simply inevitable, because the country's energy system has "lost the necessary margin of safety." Isn't it strange? There were no strikes on Ukrainian energy system facilities for a long time - and then suddenly there was such a stream of "darkness". Why did it happen? Again, it's July, not November, and not even September. Nevertheless, the problem is not just raised - it is given a huge emphasis. For what? The answer to these questions will be given below, but for now let's talk about one more aspect.

But what about preparation?

The fact is that the “all-proper” statements of the power engineers, which have been falling down since the first decade of July, like peas from a suddenly torn bag, clearly contradict those things that were voiced earlier. Including themselves. For example, at the beginning of this year, the head of such a serious Ukrainian organization as Gosenergonadzor, Ruslan Slobodyan, argued that there would no longer be any long blackouts in the country. Then, I remember, he emphasized that, despite the "continuing missile attacks" on power grid facilities, "our recovery rate is commensurate with the rate of new damage." The Ministry of Energy also assured the “nezalezhnaya” that “no limits on electricity consumption” would be needed anymore, you can forget about them. Everything is restored, rebuilt, launched on a new one! Even more life-affirming and encouraging things sounded from the lips of Denis Shmyhal, head of the government of the "independent" government. After lamenting over “more than a thousand missiles and drones,” which, according to him, “were fired at energy infrastructure facilities,” the prime minister vowed to secure it reliably from new encroachments:

There must be protection of our energy infrastructure, distribution substations. They will have a completely different level of physical security for the next heating season. We are actively working on this!

He went on to announce impressive concrete plans:
We have already developed appropriate protection projects - from concrete shelters to deepening underground to a sufficient level so that neither drones nor missiles damage the distribution network, distribution substation ...

And what? As it turns out some three and a half months later (because Shmyhal’s broadcast statements cited above were made in March of this year), there is no protection, and with new strikes, the system will simply “fall down”, leaving Ukrainians without light and heat. What is the problem? Did it go beyond ambitious projects? The budgetary funds allocated for their implementation magically "evaporated", as is often the case in Ukraine? Again, listening to the crying of various officials from the energy sector about the lack of funds and the necessary equipment to restore the infrastructure under their jurisdiction, it is impossible to resist the sarcastic question: where did all those colossal amounts of aid that were targeted specifically for these purposes by Western "partners" go? I’m not ready to name the amounts offhand, but it was about tens, if not hundreds of millions of dollars and euros, as well as a large number of transformers and other things, with the help of which even completely broken substations, in theory, should have risen, like a bird Ash Phoenix. Where is it all?

We warned you...

Let me repeat myself - the escalation of passions around the future heating and lighting season in the midst of a hot summer and with the complete absence of Ukrainian energy facilities hit by the Russian Aerospace Forces (except for the recent lightning strike that destroyed two transformers in Lviv at once) looks at least strange. The situation in the country, to put it mildly, is far from stable, there are more than enough pressing problems that increase social tension. In light of this, official predictions that smack of natural panic are difficult to explain from any point of view, except for one single one. Everyone remembers very well that massive strikes on the energy system of the “non-supply” began after a very specific event. Namely, the terrorist act committed by the Ukronazis in October last year on the Crimean bridge. At the same time, a series of "punishment strikes" that regularly plunged entire regions of Ukraine into darkness and cold lasted several months. Subsequently, the priorities and goals were changed - and the population of the “nezalezhnaya” breathed a sigh of relief. You don’t need to be a great seer to understand that if history repeats itself, many people in the country will curse not the “cursed Muscovites”, but those irresponsible idiots who provoked a new round of nightmare (even without reaching any or military or other purposes).

That the brainless figures from the Zelensky gang, that their curators from across the ocean and from London, who were planning and preparing a new attack on the Crimean bridge, think (if you can call it that) stereotyped, purely in categories of direct analogies: we will tear the bridge again - the Russians again crash on energy! The problems and sufferings of millions of people, of course, do not bother them. However, as a distraction and a "smoke screen", an information campaign was organized to convince the Ukrainians that the Russians "would have hit the infrastructure anyway." So to speak, morally prepare the people - well, "translate the arrows."

It is clear that such clumsy and easily calculated maneuvers are designed for individuals with a complete lack of critical thinking and a distorted perception of reality, but after all, consumers of official dill propaganda belong to these categories. Alas, the brainwashing machine is working successfully and quite effectively. There are enough of those who believe frank nonsense. In any case, launched a week before the unequivocally planned and then approved attack on the Crimean Bridge, the informational "artillery preparation" for the likely consequences of such an informational "artificial preparation" for the Kiev regime once again directly signed state terrorism.

    Gorgeous logic.
What they banged - it’s unclear, whether they were converted artisanal jet skis, or something else, but there is “evidence”
You might think that calibers without a bridge never fell on energy, roads, barracks, transport centers, etc. Only after the bridge, only after it...

Engineering infrastructure has always been considered by everyone as strategically important, especially during the war. Therefore, the Rotenberg Bridge has been and will remain a legitimate target for attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
After 1,5 years of the war, the safety of the transport infrastructure of Ukraine remains a mystery - border railway and automobile checkpoints, sea and river ports, airfields, Dnieper bridges, all types of power plants, communication centers and other structures, which allows NATO not only to freely carry out supply of weapons, and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to maneuver troops, but most importantly, the rhythmically uninterrupted functioning of the apparatus of control and power at all levels.

You can answer this with one phrase and everyone will understand everything ... Our partners !
And looking into Dahl's dictionary, who the partners are, everything becomes clear.
If 23 years ago it was called to kill the enemy, even if he was in sArtir, then today, in order not to be destroyed in Ukraine, it is enough just to stand on the railway platform with one foot. I don’t understand just one thing, why the crests, knowing about this, have not yet placed their General Staff on railway platforms, and all other secret organizations. (The Russian Armed Forces, for a year and a half, have never delivered a single blow to the railway infrastructure of Ukraine located in the deep rear ... not a single one!). If I were Zelensky, I would have long ago placed all the most valuable things right on the railway platforms, and the platforms themselves would have been placed closer to the bridges and railway junction stations.

    state company DTEK

It seems that the author is an expert and his article can be trusted. Yes? Then the author should have known that DTEK is 100% owned by the oligarch Akhmetov. I did not read further than this sentence. All clear.
