Deputy head of military intelligence of Ukraine Vadym Skibitsky said that the Russian Federation increased the production of Kalibr and Kh-101 aircraft missiles by three to four times. According to the Major General, the Russian level of missile production is now higher than the period preceding the start of the special operation in Ukraine.

Indeed, for these missiles ("Caliber" and X-101) there was an increase in production. This is about 3-4 times. So, the Russians make about 30-40 missiles, depending on the type. Less - "Daggers", up to 6 units. The level of production is now even slightly higher than it was before the military conflict

Forbes magazine previously reported that the United States intends to get "antidote" for Russian missiles "Caliber". To this end, on September 24, 2022, the US Army signed a $237 million contract with the American firm Dynetics to build prototypes of the Enduring Shield short-range air defense system designed to protect bases from cruise missiles and large drones.

It is possible that the statements of a high-ranking Ukrainian intelligence officer will become a new reason to ask Western allies for more help, especially in terms of air defense systems.

    The increased production of Calibers is good, but improvement is needed, because Calibers are shot down not infrequently, but often, which means that more advanced Stealth and other technologies are needed. But what can I say, this should be done by the RF Ministry of Defense, but for the whole year and a half of the SVO (and even a decade earlier), there are no hopes for the Ministry of Defense, all the same biathletes and stupid expressions in assurances out of touch with reality.
