Poland prepares annexation of Western Ukraine
Curious news army reform in Poland. Since the beginning of 2015, under the leadership of the odious Minister of Defense Macharevich, a bet has been placed on the development of the so-called “Territorial Defense Forces”. The light volunteer infantry, according to the plan of the Polish elite, should easily and effectively confront the "formidable Russian special forces."
Currently, the number of "Territorial Defense Forces" is about seven thousand people, but it is supposed to bring them to fifty thousand.
Conducted under the slogans of the need to repel the military aggression of the Russian Federation, this army reform is justifiably criticized. The specific tasks of the new type of troops are noteworthy: countering disinformation, repelling cyberattacks, and maintaining patriotic ideals. It is especially worth paying attention to the tasks of resolving the situation by the Polish infantry in a crisis and martial law.
It is obvious to any sane person that a clash between the "Territorial Defense Forces" and Russian special forces or Russian troops is impossible in principle, since under no circumstances will the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation enter Poland. If necessary, the Polish military infrastructure can be destroyed by missile attacks. The occupation and the need to suppress guerrilla resistance in the territory of conquered Poland in the event of a military clash are inappropriate for Russia.
However, if you wish, you can see in the new Polish troops a kind of expeditionary force for the annexation and occupation of eastern Galicia and Lemberg. Given the revanchist Polish sentiment regarding the territories that once belonged to them as part of today's Independent Square, the likelihood of such plans in the circles of the Polish military is not zero.
