What could be the consequences of the destruction of the dam of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station by the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Home news day - this is the destruction of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station, which has already dramatically changed the operational-tactical picture on the Southern Front. What was one of the arguments in favor of leaving Kherson without a fight did happen. What could be the consequences of another war crime by the Ukrainian Nazis?

Catastrophe

This morning, June 6, 2023, it became known about a real man-made disaster at the Kakhovskaya HPP. First, the upper part of the dam of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant collapsed, and then half of its spans, which has already led to a spill of water from the reservoir and large-scale flooding of the downstream territories of the Kherson region. An emergency regime has been introduced, the press service of the administration of Nova Kakhovka, which is actually flooded, reports:

To carry out rescue and urgent work to eliminate the consequences of emergencies caused by the destruction of the Kakhovskaya HPP, an emergency regime was introduced for the relevant authorities and forces of the unified state system for the prevention and elimination of emergencies from 21:00 on June 6, 2023.

There are at least three versions of what happened. Initially, it was reported that the collapse occurred after the shelling of the dam from the Ukrainian MLRS "Alder". Soon, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov clarified that “we are talking about a deliberate sabotage by the Ukrainian side. Kyiv immediately accused Russia of undermining the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station from within, allegedly in order to stop the possibility of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to force the Dnieper. According to the third version, the cause of the disaster could be a combination of damage from previous shelling of the dam by Ukrainian terrorists.

So far, the fault of the Kyiv regime is evidenced by the fact that, upstream, on its order, water began to be discharged at the Dneproges dam in order to increase pressure on the remains of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric station and its final destruction. Why could this be done?

They will cut, they will beat

The consequences of the breakthrough of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station were known back in the Soviet period, and were also actively discussed in 2022 against the backdrop of the preparation of a “difficult decision” for Kherson. There were, in fact, formally two reasons for leaving the Russian foothold on the right bank of the former Nezalezhnaya.

The first is the difficulty in supplying the Kherson garrison and the entire 30-strong group of the RF Armed Forces on the right bank of the Dnieper through the Antonovsky bridge, which was under constant fire from the HIMARS MLRS. The bridge crossing really received permanent damage, which had to be continuously patched. However, Russian sappers inflicted truly fatal destruction on it, blowing up the supports after the entire wheeled vehicle was brought through it to the left bank of the Dnieper. equipmentwhile the caterpillar was crossing the pontoons.

The second is precisely the risk that the Armed Forces of Ukraine will destroy the dam of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station, flooding the low-lying left bank of the Dnieper, turning Kherson with the garrison remaining there into a kind of island. That is why, at the request of General Surovikin, a decision was made to withdraw all Russian troops to the low-lying Left Bank. Logically.

And so, in fact, what they were talking about, what they were afraid of, happened. Ukrainian war criminals destroyed the dam of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station. What did they achieve?

At first, there was a flooding of a number of settlements located downstream, which gives Russia several tens of thousands of refugees at once, who at once lost all their property. This will definitely not add internal stability to us. Those affected by the flooding on the right bank of the Dnieper have already been told that Putin is to blame. This version was happily picked up in the West, which will undoubtedly be the reason for new sanctions.

Secondly, the prerequisites for a real humanitarian catastrophe have been created. The agriculture of the entire south of the former Ukraine was fed from the Kakhovka reservoir, which means that the farmers of the Russian Sea of \uXNUMXb\uXNUMXbAzov will also have problems. Also, do not forget that Crimea directly depends on this water. It is quite obvious that water will no longer be supplied to the peninsula through the North Crimean Canal in the same volume. This was warned by the head of the republic Sergei Aksenov:

However, there is a risk that the North Crimean Canal will become shallow. At present, the water reserves in the canal are about 40 million cubic meters. Reservoirs, even those that were previously filled by 15-20%, currently have about 80% filling. Drinking water is more than enough. Work is underway to minimize water losses in the canal. In the coming days, the dynamics and possible risks will become clear.

The dam has been completely destroyed, which is noted both in Moscow and in Kyiv. There is no hope for a resolution of the situation in the foreseeable future.

Thirdly, new problems of a military nature are brewing in the RF Armed Forces. As expected, some fortifications located on the low-lying left bank were flooded, minefields were washed away, and part of the valuable military property was under water. In the conditions of the flood of the Dnieper, the possibility of forcing it on pontoons disappeared for several weeks, until the water subsides and the earth dries out. However, for the special forces on high-speed boats, expanse came, and the enemy had the opportunity to easily recapture the Kinburn Spit from us. This will allow him to capture the exit from the Dnieper-Bug estuary and release Ochakov, Nikolaev and Kherson, adding them to the grain deal.

Finally, a man-made and humanitarian catastrophe of this magnitude can cause a managerial collapse in the "new" Russian territories, which will be used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the developing counter-offensive. If they manage to cross the Dnieper upstream and capture Energodar, then Kiev will call on the international community as a guarantor of the “demilitarization” of the ZNPP, which will later be used as an “untouchable bastion” against the RF Armed Forces.

The main problem during the NWO is that many Russians still do not understand who is fighting with us. These are the real Nazis, who do not have to burn alive or flood their own compatriots to achieve their goals. Since the winter, we have been giggling merrily at the impending Ukrainian counteroffensive and mocking Zelensky, who is collecting the weapons necessary for the Armed Forces of Ukraine all over the world. Are you still funny? These people, or rather non-humans, do not spare their own people, but they will cut us Russians, they will beat them if they are allowed to win.

It is a pity that this understanding, apparently, has not yet come to some in the highest echelons of power, who still hope to come to an agreement with those who are able to burn people alive in Odessa, crush them with tanks in Mariupol, and shell peaceful cities for years on the squares, throwing firebombs at them, collecting "dirty bombs" and blowing up dams. It's a pity.

Nazis? Yes! But other than that, upon closer inspection, it turns out they're not exactly human. Their genetic makeup matches the genus Homo sapiens, but I would not dare to enter their enclosure and let them lick my hand. 100% they will bite it off!

The Germans were also "non-humans", but after the 45th they somehow changed dramatically. It's all about education.

They have a different point of view, from above. Another system of values and goals. Other interests. The ammonia pipeline is not affected, is it? No assets sunk? The ports are still in place, and then the soldiers will recapture, if anything. It's still a very big board game and our "players" are still hoping that "they will be accepted into the club". There are no more rules in this SVO. And everyone wanted to dodge and get out, and turn away from a real war. Maybe yes, but probably not. On the other hand, the war is real. I hope Moscow has people to record everything for the new Nuremberg Trials.

Do you believe in it? Today we see the superiority of Nazism! Before??? It remains only for the Nazis to unleash a new pandemic, so that it would be easier for Russia to sign the surrender.

Are we waiting for something adequate from the enemy? We are waiting in vain. Let's not wait.

You see, there are two points here. Firstly, the real damage from the bombing of the Kremlin is scanty, the action is purely symbolic. Therefore, no one has taken the elite seriously yet, and therefore it will not itch. Similarly with Belgorod - not the children of officials live there.

Secondly, the Kremlin is very afraid of further escalation. Because this will lead to one of three options - direct war with NATO, nuclear war (the first is likely to spill over into the second), or total mobilization. The latter will completely ruin the economy and destroy the country with a much greater probability than any Armed Forces of Ukraine (because the Russian Federation is not the USSR, and 2023 is not 1941 - you can’t put women and teenagers to the machines, and the soldiers don’t really understand what they are fighting for). The Kremlin is not satisfied with any of the three options: there are no suicides sitting there, everyone wants to live. With the current forces, victory over Ukraine is unrealistic. Therefore, it remains only to defend with the hope that the Armed Forces of Ukraine will run out of steam, and the West will get tired of supporting it. Well, or Trump will come to power and save Russia.

They wanted to change the operational-tactical situation, and probably the dam break somehow changed it. As said
Yuri Ivanovich Podolyaka, the dam breakthrough was the result of shelling when Kherson was still occupied by the Russian troops. Perhaps the Armed Forces of Ukraine still shot, the level of the reservoir is record and the dam broke through.
The main problem is the outbreak of infections as a result of flooding of cemeteries, cattle burial grounds, cesspools, washing of pesticides from fields, etc.

      "We haven't started yet" (c).

yeah, and as in the famous comedy - "maybe it's time to hit? - it's still early ... it's too late"
I think it’s useless to appeal to the mind of someone who is in the Kremlin, they don’t care about people, the main thing is loot

What could be the consequences of the destruction of the dam of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station by the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The water of the Kakhovka reservoir washed away my last hopes that in Russia, in the way the SVO is conducted, something will change in relation to the people, to officials, to traitors and to enemies.
After all that has happened, I would like to ask, how are the agreements on ammonia?
Was the ammonia line washed away?
