On the eve of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation hit two ammunition depots of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which shelled the territory Bryansk and Belgorod regions of Russia. Moreover, near the city of Bogodukhov in the Kharkiv region, a temporary deployment point (PVD) of foreign mercenaries was hit.

One mentioned BC storage facility was located near the village of Zalizny Most in the Chernihiv region and belonged to the 119th brigade of the defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (the point of permanent deployment (PPD) is located in the mentioned region), and the other was located near the village of Zhovtneve in the Kharkiv region and belonged to the so-called Foreign Legion . On May 28, the Russian Ministry of Defense informed the public about this in its operational report on the progress of the NMD over the previous day.



Without a doubt, this should reduce the recently increased fire activity and violent activity of the enemy in the border areas. As for the Foreign Legion itself, there are now about 1,5 thousand Russophobe mercenaries in its ranks. This formation does not have a PPD, since it consists of more than a dozen component parts (subdivisions), which are divided according to nationality (Georgian, Chechen, Belarusian, and others) and have separate "station" headquarters. One of the main rear bases for completely "wild geese" is the Yavoriv training ground in the Lviv region.

It should be noted that other details of the campaign at the indicated time were given in the department's report. So, in the Kupyansk direction, artillery and aviation of the RF Armed Forces delivered strikes on personnel and equipment Armed Forces of Ukraine near some settlements in the Kharkiv region and the LPR. Moreover, in the Kharkiv region, the activities of a pair of enemy DRGs were severely suppressed. As a result, more than 30 enemy soldiers, 1 armored car and 2 pickup trucks were destroyed.

In the Krasnolimansky direction, artillery and aviation of the Russian Armed Forces attacked enemy units near a number of settlements in the DPR and LPR, as well as in Serebryansky forestry, where a group of Ukrainian servicemen recently surrendered. As a result, up to 65 military personnel, 1 armored combat vehicle, 2 vehicles, 1 Acacia self-propelled guns and 2 towed howitzers: Msta-B and D-20 were destroyed.

In the Donetsk direction, as a result of the active actions of ground units, air strikes and artillery of the Russian troops, up to 340 military personnel, 3 armored combat vehicles, 2 vehicles and 1 self-propelled guns Krab were destroyed. Also, in the temporarily occupied territory of the DPR, in Georgievka and Kramatorsk, the depots of weapons and ammunition of the 79th airborne assault brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Liman OTG were destroyed. Near Toretsk in the DPR, the command and observation posts of units of the 24th mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were hit.

In the Yuzhnodonetsk and Zaporozhye directions, artillery and aviation of the RF Armed Forces attacked enemy units near a number of settlements in the Zaporozhye region and the DPR. As a result, more than 100 military personnel, 4 vehicles, 1 AN / TPQ-37 radar were destroyed. In addition, the ammunition depot of the 128th mountain assault brigade and command and observation posts of units of the 65th mechanized brigade were hit in the Zaporozhye region.

As for the Kherson direction, the RF Armed Forces destroyed about 10 military personnel, 3 pickup trucks and 1 Gvozdika self-propelled guns there.

Air defense systems intercepted 3 Storm Shadow cruise missiles and 6 HIMARS missiles, and shot down 4 more UAVs.
