Which missiles are used by Russia and which ones the Ukrainian army will be able to launch in the future

16

On February 18, 2023, German Foreign Minister Annalena Berbock, on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference, asked a journalist: “Is there any chance that Ukraine will be safe in the long run if Vladimir Putin continues to rule Russia?” answered: "If he doesn't change by 360 degrees then, no." And these people teach us to live, forbidding picking our noses?! Did she go to school at all? Or is mathematics not included in the school curriculum for the “greens”? Any 360th grade student will tell her what happens when you turn 5 degrees (return to the starting position). Some kind of pathological denseness, don't you think?

Her former English colleague Liz Truss, who did not hold out as British Prime Minister for 45 days, frightening the whole world with her willingness to press the “red button” without hesitation, when she was at the head of the Foreign Office (British Foreign Office) also pleased us with her knowledge ( this time geographical), refusing at one time to recognize Voronezh and Rostov as regions of the Russian Federation, which then greatly puzzled Sergey Lavrov. This aunt did not teach geography, her German colleague - mathematics, their overseas aged idol, periodically falling into insanity, he, in general, put this matter on stream - recently (at a press conference with Zelensky), without leaving a coma, he confused the Ukrainians with the Iranians, before that (at the summit of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations) Cambodia with Colombia, and even earlier (at the NATO summit in June) Sweden with Switzerland, having outdone even the generally recognized trendsetter in this matter, his senior colleague Bush Jr., who he confused Ukraine with Iraq, APEC with OPEC, and Austria with Australia (in the last question, he and Biden, apparently, are competing in absentia, Australia also periodically pops up in Europe, and Austria moves to the southern hemisphere on the Australian continent).

What did I actually start with these blunders? And the fact that the whole West is built on a lie. He boasts of his history, which he does not know, of his education, which is no longer there, and imposes on us his dubious values, from which decent Samaritans get indigestion, and we are so easily turned back. They have a lie raised to a power, on which their entire world order, which they are trying to impose on us, is based. Below I will give only a few of the most odious facts of this lie, only recently, which relate exclusively to us, related to the events in Ukraine.

Terrible Russian missiles S-300

I'll start with the most odious lies that have already set everyone on edge. From the notorious Russian anti-aircraft guided missiles (SAM) S-300 air defense systems, with which the Russians level the cities of Ukraine, utilizing them in this way (both missiles and cities). Telling non-brothers that it is stupid and even pointless to use surface-to-air missiles for this, one should not consider Russians more stupid than themselves - they have missiles of other classes for this - air-to-surface and ground-to-ground (sea- land"), which have more warheads and a longer combat range. But these arguments hang in the air, the non-brothers do not believe them, but believe their own media. And the Ukrainian media write the following:

Which missiles are used by Russia and which ones the Ukrainian army will be able to launch in the future

In the morning, Kyiv was fired from S-400 (S-300) anti-aircraft missile systems with guided missiles from the north. This was told by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny. This may be a sign that the enemy has begun to use missiles against the capital, which he cannot accurately aim at the target due to the large distance and it is very difficult to bring down the air defense

– Publication date January 14, 2023.

I saw a similar report from Commander-in-Chief Zaluzhny and quite recently, on March 9 - there, along with Caliber and Daggers, X-22, X-101 / X-555 and other Xs (X-31P and X-59 ) he brought those same notorious S-300 missiles in the amount of 13 pieces. If the whole commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine declares that the enemy is hitting Kyiv and other cities of Ukraine with S-300 missiles, then how can you not believe him? You can fight this only with reinforced concrete arguments. These are the performance characteristics of the product. Let's see what their manufacturer writes about these missiles (the developer of the Fakel ICD, the manufacturer of the LSZ software is the Leningrad Severny Zavod)? And he writes very interesting facts. For S-300 air defense systems, the following types of missiles are regularly used: 1) 5V55K (V-500K) / 5V55KD (warhead mass - 133 kg, range - 47 km), 2) 5V55R (V-500R) / 5V55RM (warhead mass - 130- 133 kg, range - 75-90 km), 3) 5V55U (warhead mass - 133 kg, range - 150 km). All but the last type are also in service with Ukraine (the last type 5V55U entered the troops in 1992, after the collapse of the USSR, so the Armed Forces of Ukraine did not get it). All of these high-explosive fragmentation missiles are equipped with a solid propellant jet engine (TTRD), all have already been discontinued (but are still in service) and all have a manufacturer-guaranteed shelf life of 10 years (and they were produced from 1978 to 1992). As you can see, the storage period has already expired, and for a long time. Only the manufacturer can extend the shelf life, and he is located in the Russian Federation (no thoughts on this? I draw your attention to this fact separately).

And here the most interesting begins. The thing is that Ukraine also has data from the S-300 air defense system. As of 2022, she was armed with 250 S-300PS / PT launchers (this is 31 divisions), I don’t know how many are left at the moment, but pay attention to the PS / PT index. These are old air defense systems, they are equipped with missiles of the first two types (with a range of 47-90 km), Ukraine does not have missiles of the third type (with a range of 150 km). True, in 2022 she received from Slovakia one S-300PMU1 division (this is 12 launchers), equipped with 9M96E1 missiles, with a warhead mass of 24 kg and a combat range of 40 km (this is an export version of the shortened range complex), on it, in general , you can ignore.

What is the distance from Kyiv to the border of the Russian Federation? 280 km! What is the range of missiles? Maximum 150 km. Am I the only one who thinks there is something wrong here? Even if you don’t bother with the mass of warheads, then stupidly in terms of the range of the S-300 missiles they don’t finish off to Kyiv. They may object to me that the Russians are beating from Belarus, it will become of them. Well, let's see how far it is from the border of the Republic of Belarus to the capital of Ukraine? Mother honest - 156 km! And this, if you put an air defense system right on the border of the Gomel region, which you yourself understand, no one will do (for security purposes). Doesn't work again! How so? All propaganda collapses. It turns out that Ukrainian expired missiles fall on the heads of non-brothers, which did not capture the target or, for some other reason, went off course and did not self-destruct in the air (and a missile that did not find the target goes into the air like a candle, where it self-detonates). After that, Ukrainian propaganda begins to blow all the pipes about Russian barbarians, shelling peaceful cities with expired anti-aircraft missiles, thus utilizing them, and they bring types of completely different missiles: 48N6 / 48N6E2, 9M82 / 9M82M and 9M83 / 9M83M.

Okay, let's see what kind of missiles they are? The first 48N6 / 48N6E2 have a warhead mass of 143/180 kg and a range of 150/200 km (the developer is the same - NPO Fakel, manufacturers of LSZ and Avangard MMZ, put into service in 1992, Ukraine does not have ). The second and third 9M82 / 9M82M and 9M83 / 9M83M have a warhead mass of 150 kg and a range of 100/200 km and 75/200 km, respectively (the developer is already different - GKBKM together with OKB-8, in service since 1984, the latest modifications of 9M82M / 9M83M since 1990, Ukraine also lacks). But you saw the range - up to 200 km, already from the Republic of Belarus to the capital Nezalezhnaya can fly. It turns out that the non-brothers do not lie? Got Putin?!

Still lie! The thing is that these types of missiles are regularly included in the S-400 BC, to which the RF Armed Forces are switching. It’s stupid, you know, to dispose of missiles that can still serve the Fatherland, spending them in an emergency way - by striking ground targets, at a time when the manufacturer can extend their life (the main engines there are solid fuel - TTRD, nothing will happen to them, that's for you non-liquid rocket engine). And those missiles for which the storage period cannot be extended can be used for their intended purpose according to by air goals on the DonbassBelieve me, they have enough work there.

On this, with the S-300 missiles and the insidious Russians, you can put an end to it. You caught the main idea - expired S-300 missiles with a combat range of 47, 70-95 and 150 km cannot be disposed of in Ukraine (in particular in Kiev) due to objective reasons - stupidly the combat range is not enough, and missiles with a combat range of 150- It is stupid and incompetent to dispose of 200 km in this way if they can be used for the new S-400 systems, to which the air defense forces of the RF Armed Forces have switched. Any sane person, having added two plus two, will himself make a conclusion under whose missiles from the S-300 air defense system the peaceful civilian of Nezalezhnaya perishes. It is not my profile to treat hopeless patients whom my arguments did not convince - the psychiatrist takes one floor higher. We finished with anti-aircraft missiles, let's move on to the rest of the fakes.

Insidious Russians hit the cities of Nezalezhnaya with air-to-surface missiles

On the morning of February 18, an air raid alert was announced on almost the entire territory of Ukraine. Ukrainian information resources reported about Russian missiles flying towards Khmelnitsky, Ternopil, Dnieper (Dnepropetrovsk), Krivoy Rog, and high missile danger for a number of other cities.

The head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, said on his Telegram channel that during the missile attack, the Russians used tactical aircraft to attack Ukrainian targets. He suggested that the Russian Aerospace Forces used air-to-surface ammunition of the Kh-59, Kh-29T and Kh-31P types.

Let's analyze this pearl of the head of the office. By the way, the same Kh-31P and Kh-59 missiles also appeared in the report of Commander-in-Chief Zaluzhny, when he reported to the public on the results of the raid of the Russian Armed Forces on the peaceful cities of Ukraine, which happened on March 9 of this year, then out of 81 launches of missiles of various classes on Kh- 31P and X-59 accounted for eight (2 + 6). Let's see what kind of missiles these are?

All these are air-launched aircraft missiles - they all share a common product class - "air-to-surface". Kh-31P is an air-to-ground anti-radar missile designed to destroy radars from the long-range and medium-range air defense systems, as well as other ground-based and sea-based radars for various purposes. Adopted in 1988. Warhead weight - 87 kg, maximum range - 110 km, KVO - 2-5 m. That's all you need to know about this product. Whom it hunts is clear from the description - the enemy radar station. Modular passive RLGSN L-112 (radar homing heads) will point themselves at the object, the accuracy of the battle (in the performance characteristics it is designated as KVO - circular probabilistic deviation) - 2-5 meters (and if you want to miss - it will not work!). But we are most interested in the range - it is 110 km, how this missile flew to Kiev, which is at least 156 km from the Belarusian border, if the missile carrier did not enter the airspace of Nezalezhnaya for its own safety, so as not to be shot down by Ukrainian air defense, I don't know.

Go ahead. Kh-59 is an old Soviet high-precision air-to-surface medium-range air-to-surface missile (adopted in 1982). Designed to destroy important enemy ground and surface targets covered by air defense, visually detected by the operator at any time during the day in simple weather conditions. Warhead weight - 148 kg, maximum range - 40 km, KVO - 2-3 m. Su-24M, Su-25, Su-27SM, Su-30, Su-34, Su-35, Su- 57.

The X-29T is the most common (still Soviet) high-precision air-to-surface short-range air-to-surface missile in the Russian Aerospace Forces (put into service in 1980). Designed to destroy hardened targets such as reinforced concrete structures, bridges, concrete runways, ships with a displacement of up to 10 tons and surfaced submarines.

Index "T" means that the missile is equipped with a television homing head (TGSN) "Tubus-2". Such a homing system is passive and completely autonomous, it works on the principle of "fire and forget". A feature of the rocket is the fact that it can only be used during the day (bad weather also significantly limits its use). Warhead weight - 317 kg, maximum range - 10-12 km, KVO - 2,2 m. Carriers - the entire Sushki family (except for the Su-57) and the entire MiG family.

Kh-59 is a subsonic missile (M = 0,72-0,88), the other two (Kh-31P and Kh-29T) are supersonic (M = 3,3 and M = 2, respectively). We have already dealt with the X-31P above, but here is how the other two missiles (X-59 and X-29T), having a maximum combat range of 40 km and 12 km (respectively), flew to their targets in Kiev and other cities of the Ukrainian hinterland (Ternopil, Khmelnytsky, Dnipro and Krivoy Rog), if the carriers of these missiles did not enter the airspace of Ukraine, I have a big question for the head of the OP Yermak and commander-in-chief Zaluzhny? And if Russian suicide pilots still entered the airspace of Nezalezhnaya, then this question can be redirected to the glorious Ukrainian air defense - how did it miss enemy planes, and if not, then where are the corpses of Russian pilots? Agree yourself that one of the three of us is lying (and it's definitely not me!).

Curators of Nezalezhnaya are ready to bombard it with long-range missiles

And the last legend that we will consider today will be about the terrible long-range American and British missiles, with which the allies threaten to fill up their drug-addicted sponsor and which he has been begging them for a long time. I must say right away that he asks in vain - they will not give them to him. And why not, more on that below.

Let's start with the British Storm Shadow air-launched missiles. What kind of animal is this? I'm telling. Storm Shadow is an Anglo-French long-range stealth air-launched cruise missile developed since 1994 by Matra and British Aerospace, and currently manufactured by MBDA (the latter is French). Storm Shadow is the British name for the rocket. The French version of the missile is abbreviated SCALP-EG (French Système de croisière conventionnel autonome à longue portée Emploi General, literally "multi-purpose high-precision long-range cruise missile with autonomous guidance"). The missile was created on the basis of the Apache cruise missile developed in France. The only difference is that Storm Shadow carries a warhead instead of submunitions.

This is a very good and expensive CD (unit cost $ 1,27 million), it has been in service with NATO countries since 2001. Subsonic missile (M = 0,8-0,95), warhead weight - 450 kg, combat range - 560 km, KVO - not indicated. It is only known that the missile works on the “fire-and-forget” principle, the program is laid down before launch (at the airfield), after which the missile can no longer be controlled or commanded to self-destruct, and information about the target cannot be changed in flight. The missile semi-autonomously, on a low trajectory, guided by GPS and terrain mapping, follows the target area, gains altitude near the target, and then goes into a dive.

The intended targets are command posts, command posts and communications; airfields; ports and power plants; aircraft structural maintenance/ammunition storage areas; surface ships and submarines in port; bridges and other strategic objects of high value. The carriers are the German-Italian Tornado IDS, the European Eurofighter Typhoon, the French Dassault Mirage 2000 and Dassault Rafale, the Swedish Saab JAS 39 Gripen and the British Nimrod MRA4.

The last information is the most important. I remind you - an air-launched missile (does not shoot from the ground!). What planes are threatened to be given to Kyiv by its allies? Looks like an F-16? Does the F-16 appear among the carriers of this missile? No! That's all you need to know about this terrible weapon. Cross out! Divorce for the poor! Frighten these children in kindergarten and feed them to Ukrainian suckers.

Let's move on to the famous American MGM ATACMS. These are solid-propellant ground-to-ground tactical ballistic missiles (made by the American company Lockheed Martin), with a combat range of up to 300 km, with which our non-brothers have long been frightening us. Its various equipment options are indexes of the US Department of Defense - MGM-140, MGM-164 and MGM-168.

What you need to know about this. 1) MGM-140A ATACMS Block 1 (short designation - M39), in service with the US Army since 1991: warhead weight - 560 kg, range - 165 km, KVO - 225-250 m. As you can see, the dispersion of 250 meters is not the same already high-precision weapons, and the range is only 165 km. 2) MGM-140B ATACMS Block 1A (M39A1), in service since 1998: warhead weight - 160 kg, range - 300 km, KVO - less than 100 m. 3) MGM-168A ATACMS Block 1A (M48), in service with 2001: warhead weight - 227 kg, range - 300 km, CEP - about 10 m. m). There are only 39 of them in US warehouses. The States will have more M39 and M1A48 - 10 pcs. and 118 pcs. respectively, but the whole point is that these missiles (M39 and M39A1) are planned by the Pentagon to be upgraded to the M1239E536 version.

What is the M57E1 version? This is the newest American development (2017). The full name is MGM-164 ATACMS 2000 MOD: warhead weight - 227 kg, range - 310 km, KVO - about 3 m. Now the United States has only 220 of them, by 2024 they plan to increase this number to 1815 units through modernization. What conclusions can be drawn from this information? And very interesting! Let's try to guess three times how many of these missiles will fall to the non-brothers? M48 will not be given to them, because they themselves are not enough - there are only 118 of them. And in all respects (warhead mass, range and CEP), they are closest to the M57E1 product, which the Pentagon is switching to. Therefore, we immediately cross out M48. It remains M39 and M39A1. The first (M39) is not high-precision (there is only inertial navigation without GPS), in addition, it also has a limited range (165 km), but, like the rest of the indices, it costs $ 2,3 million per unit of product (obviously you won’t go on a spree!). The second (M39A1) will be more accurate, it still has satellite GPS navigation, but all 536 units available in the Pentagon's warehouses. reserved for upgrading to the M57E1 version, because it is closest to it in terms of performance characteristics. If we add up all the missiles of three indices (M39 + M39A1 + M57E1) available in the warehouses of the US Department of Defense and compare the amount with the figure that the Pentagon is going to reach by 2024 for the M57E1 product due to the modernization of old missiles (1815 units), then we get an excess of 180 missiles. Moreover, it will fall specifically on the missiles of the first type (M39). This is the figure that non-brothers can count on.

I’m just in a hurry to please them - these gifts will fly only 165 km, with an accuracy of 225-250 meters. At the same time, Russian air defense will shoot them down like seeds, since these are ordinary ballistic missiles (such as the Ukrainian Tochka-U), they do not provide a salvo shot (only one missile is placed on the gun carriage), it will not work to overload the air defense system (the Armed Forces of Ukraine have only 18 launchers M142 and 16 M270 launchers). For comparison, the Tochka-U fuel dispenser has a mass of warheads - 482 kg, a firing range of 120 km, a KVO of 165-235 meters at a rocket speed of M = 3,2. In total, the Armed Forces of Ukraine were armed with up to 90 Tochek-U launchers, and the BC was 500-800 missiles. So what, did they help the non-brothers? The question is rhetorical, you can not answer.

This concludes the report on the topic. I hope I have brought some clarity to the issues at hand. No lie, no vaunted American-British missiles will save the non-brothers from a certain end. And it is not far off, I think we will manage it by the fall, because by that time the financing of the project will end. For those not in the know, September 1 marks the end of the financial year in the United States. And if for 2023 the US budget provided for the needs of Ukraine 44 billion dollars, then for 2024 - only 6 billion (and those Republicans may still not give). Fiscal year 2024 starts on September 1st. Draw your own conclusions gentlemen. All the best to you! Your Mr. Z

You won't believe it, but every year in the US the fiscal year ends, even the government works without approved budget funding, and nothing, they live.

    Very chaotic.
The numbers ripple, the meaning is lost.

And earlier it was clear that we have more of everything, better, many Ukrainians have died and will die, but they do not intend to give up. What they are given is what they get back.

Well, the drain - now they will stop giving money, they will stop giving weapons, they will be abandoned, it has been voiced every 2 weeks for a year, or even since the time of Poroshenko ...
    Zombie news coming out...

Why write this nonsense, they also told about himars. But as we see, it’s not like seeds knock something down. Why is this a lie, hatred?
NATO is an alliance that does not rely on infantry, and billions of tunics as someone, we will not name names.
And on high-precision weapons and their mass use. That is, they are stupid doing something that will be easy to shoot down? Exactly?
Apparently the author has not seen a video where shells, beeches, tori and s300 are attacked. Recently, by the way, there was a video.

Time to stop bravado and puffy cheeks, seriously.
NATO has a much more modern army than ours, this is a fact. To think that stupid people are sitting in the USA and the EU ....

But I’m thinking: Why can’t we use missiles for the S-300 whose shelf life is ending for firing at ground targets? Destroy for nothing? And secondly, if an anti-aircraft missile that is designed to fire at an air target flies 120 km, then when fired at the ground, it will probably fly 130-150 km. She doesn't have to go very high.

Well, if a missile is supposed to shoot down a target at a height of 10 km at a range of 120, then it is probably obvious that it will fly further to a target at ground level.

no need to write nonsense, ballistic missiles fly along a ballistic trajectory, these are not cruise missiles
