On the anniversary of the NWO, China published its plan to resolve the conflict. A document consisting of 12 points has appeared on the official portal of the country's Foreign Ministry. In a document entitled "China's Position on a Political Solution to the Ukrainian Crisis," the country's authorities call for abandoning the ideas of the Cold War and warn against the abuse of unilateral sanctions.

Beijing attaches particular importance to the protection of civilians and mutual respect for prisoners of war. Rhetoric about the use of nuclear weapons should be eliminated and attention should be paid to the safety of nuclear power plants. Beijing considers negotiations to be the only way to end the Russian-Ukrainian conflict and calls on the entire world community to facilitate the start of negotiations.

Conflict and war do not benefit anyone. All parties must exercise restraint, avoid fueling fires and escalating tensions, and prevent the crisis from escalating further or even spiraling out of control. Dialogue and negotiations are the only viable solution to the Ukrainian crisis. All efforts to promote a peaceful resolution of the crisis must be encouraged and supported

China is confident in the need to maintain the agreements on the grain deal in order to solve the problems of global food security. Beijing expressed its readiness to assist the further export of Russian grain from the Black Sea ports of Ukraine.

The Ukrainian president has already reacted to China's peace plan. He expressed regret that Beijing did not condemn Russia's actions, but only called for peace talks. Zelensky stressed that he does not plan to conduct any negotiations with Moscow.
