Kyiv is preparing reserves for the spring-summer offensive, but the Armed Forces of Ukraine do not have the necessary forces for this, intending to use the "operational brigades" of the National Guard. This conclusion was made by journalist and blogger Yuriy Podolyaka.

At the same time, many of these formations are already on the front line, including holding Artemovsk (Bakhmut). They also included border service units and police units. In addition, in a number of regions of Ukraine, brigades are being created for three shock corps, but many fighters entered them from territorial defense units.
