Turkish media: After every attack by the West, Russia only becomes stronger

After each attack from the West, Russia only becomes stronger. This was stated by columnist Bercan Tutar in a publication for the Turkish edition of Sabah. The journalist counted at least five attempts by Western states to attack Russia over the past 300 years. But every time she not only successfully repulsed the attacks, but also became stronger.

According to Berdzhan Tutar, the first attack on Russia from the West was the campaign of Napoleon in 1812. The author notes that Russia's attraction to French culture after the victory in the Patriotic War of 1812 came to naught. And anti-Western sentiments reigned in Russian society.



Berdzhan Tutar considers the 1917 revolution to be the second attempt of the West to attack Russia. Tutar recalls that the White Guard, with the assistance of the West, tried to suppress the popular uprising, but failed. As a result, the USSR was born, which for many years became the main ideological opponent of the West.

Berdzhan Tutar calls the Great Patriotic War and the Cold War the third and fourth attempts to attack Russia. And the latest Western attack on Russia, in his opinion, is the overthrow of the pro-Russian president of Ukraine. As a result, Russia launched a special military operation, which shook the global status quo.

The Turkish observer recalls that after each attack by the West, Russia acted with a new geopolitical identity and became stronger.
