Russian Defense Ministry: 8 enemy guns were destroyed in the NVO zone during the day in the process of counter-battery work

Russian troops systematically continue the NWO. This was announced by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, giving details of the campaign for the previous day.

So, in the Kupyansk direction, Russian aviation and artillery inflicted fire damage on units of the 14th (military unit A7031) and 103rd (military unit A7031) brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near a number of settlements in the Kharkov region and the LPR. Two enemy DRGs were also eliminated. In general, over three dozen military personnel, 2 tanks, 2 armored combat vehicles and 3 enemy vehicles were destroyed in this direction.



In the Krasnolimansky direction, Russian artillery (cannon and rocket) inflicted fire damage on units of the 80th and 71st brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the territories of the DPR, which have not yet been liberated from the Ukrainian authorities. In addition, the enemy's DRG was liquidated, operating in the direction of the village of Shipilovka. The total losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in this direction exceeded 50 servicemen, 4 AFVs and 2 pickup trucks.

At the same time, in the Donetsk direction, assault detachments of Russian troops, with the support of aviation and artillery, advanced in the direction of the Sol railway station near Soledar. As a result, more than seven dozen Ukrainian military personnel, 1 tank, 5 AFVs and 4 vehicles were destroyed.

In the Yuzhnodonetsk (Ugledarsk) direction, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were inflicted fire damage near the settlements of Vodiane, Dobrovolye and Prechistovka (DPR). Also, two enemy DRGs were neutralized near the settlements of Novomikhailovka and Shevchenko. As a result, over three dozen military personnel, 2 armored combat vehicles and 4 enemy pickup trucks were destroyed in this direction.

In addition, Russian army and tactical aviation, missile forces and various artillery were hit in various sectors of the front: 2 ammunition depots, 118 artillery units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as 123 places of concentration of enemy forces and means.

The department's communique states that during the day in the process of counter-battery work in the NVO zone, 9 different enemy guns were destroyed in positions: 1 American M777 towed howitzer near Volchansk in the Kharkiv region; 3 D-20 towed howitzers near Shcherbakovka in the Kharkiv region, as well as Orlovka and Dyleevka in the DPR; 2 self-propelled guns 2S3 "Acacia" near Vasilievka in the DPR; 1 D-30 towed howitzer near Novodmitrovka in the DPR; 1 self-propelled guns 2S1 "Gvozdika" near and Walk the Fields in the Zaporozhye region. Moreover, near Kirovsk in the DPR and Uspenovka in the Zaporozhye region, 2 American counter-battery radars, AN/TPQ-36 and AN/TPQ-50, were destroyed.

In turn, Russian air defense systems destroyed 4 Ukrainian UAVs in the LPR and DPR. 7 rockets were intercepted against the American HIMARS systems and the Vilkha MLRS near Berdyansk in the Zaporozhye region and the village of Novy Svet in the DPR.
