Russian and Belarusian troops march to the designated area of ​​the Republic of Belarus

As part of the coordination, Russian and Belarusian troops will arrive in the previously designated area. We are talking, in particular, about one of the units of the 11th separate guards mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus. This was informed in the defense department of Belarus.

The ministry did not specify which district is meant. It is only reported that upon arrival, the military personnel will perform a number of important tasks of a combat training nature. All activities are carried out under the leadership of the commander of the troops of the Western Operational Command.



Meanwhile, according to British intelligence services, the concentration of Russian and Belarusian military formations is not preparation for military operations against an external enemy, but only indicates training and training activities at the respective training grounds.


On January 8, the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Belarus announced joint flight maneuvers within the framework of the Union State of Russia and Belarus, which will last from January 16 to February 1. A number of sources indicated the arrival of Mi-24 and Ka-52 attack helicopters, as well as Mi-8 support helicopters, to the exercise area.
