In a situation of interruptions in the supply of electricity, Ukrainian residents receive reminders on how to keep warm and not freeze in the coming winter.
In particular, the authorities recommend that citizens take one room and equip a sleeping place there, drink hot water, close windows more tightly with curtains and blinds, move to relatives or acquaintances with a potbelly stove. At the same time, due to the danger of failure of the electrical network, it is better not to use more than one device for space heating. Ukrainians are also advised to find out about the locations of heating points and, if necessary, contact them.
Along with this, Kyiv recommends that citizens of the country prepare a three-day supply containing water, a power bank, a flashlight, a first aid kit, candles, a fire extinguisher and cooked food.
At the same time, Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal reached an agreement with Prague on the supply of spare parts for energy facilities. Similar agreements have been reached with a number of other European countries. Apparently, the Ukrainian authorities do not count on full-fledged assistance from "partners" from the EU.
Meanwhile, since 2014 the Kyiv regime has been policies genocide against the population of Donbass, depriving people of shelter and life. Albeit belatedly, but the citizens of other regions of Ukraine, who sympathized with this cannibalistic policy of Kyiv, are forced to experience the hardships of a military conflict.
