“Kraukha” versus Israeli “Iron Dome”: what really happened

6
While everyone is passionately discussing what will happen if the S-300 air defense system collides with fifth-generation American fighters armed with the Israeli Air Force, there is a possibility that Russian weapons have already "probed" Israeli. This is a recent incident with the widely publicized Iron Dome system, which is positioned by Israeli developers as super-reliable.

On October 14 of this year, a false alarm occurred in the Gaza Strip of the Iron Dome complex standing there, and a spontaneous missile was launched. However, on that day, no strikes were made on Israeli-controlled territory. Interestingly, the IDF did not deny this episode, calling it an accidental mistake.

The most interesting thing about this is that the manufacturer guarantees that his system does not know failures, and gives 100% detection of all targets, and after that - the destruction of at least 90% of them. So, in 2014, out of 735 missiles launched from the Palestinian side, the Iron Dome missed only 70. True, it saves the Israelis that Palestinian missiles are absolutely primitive and three-quarters of them initially fly past the target. The Iron Dome anti-ballistic missiles are guided by the integrated radar guidance systems and radar stations EL / M-2084.

What could drive the Israeli system crazy? As the possible culprit, they call the Russian electronic warfare complex "Krasuha". Here is what some informed sources write:

The principle of the impact of the Russian complex 90% coincides with the described situation. In fact, under the influence of electromagnetic radiation, the Israeli missile defense radar systems simply began to “go crazy."

"Krasuhi" are intended to cover military installations, missile defense and air defense systems, command headquarters and other things from missile and air strikes. With their interference, they suppress enemy radar systems, and also interfere with the work of enemy satellite spies and air reconnaissance. As you know, “Krasuha-4” (1RL257) was sent to Syrian Latakia to ensure the security of our military. Most likely, the militant drones that attacked the Khmeimim airbase were forcibly planted with its help.

The only thing that confuses in this whole situation the probable collision of the Iron Dome and Krasukha is that its declared range is 300 kilometers. And from the Khmeimim air base to the place where the incident with the Israeli system occurred - 450 kilometers. So, there are possible options: either the real radius of the “Krasuha” operation is larger, or the EW complex was simply moved closer to the Israeli border, or the really vaunted Israeli system malfunctioned, because a stick fires once a year.

Another option is possible - that the events are not connected in any way. And rubella developers are trying to pass off wishful thinking

Have you read the text carefully? Your new version is already indicated as possible:
"Or is the really vaunted Israeli system trite a failure, because a stick shoots once a year."

why is positioned? She has already proved this more than once. And as for “Kraukha”, another invented PR from the series, we are the coolest.
