Superhard metal: Russian scientists have revolutionized

5
In Saratov, scientists have found a way to increase the life of metal products many times over. This is done using plasma and nanoparticles. This discovery is a real technological revolution in the field of metalworking. Dozens of enterprises - both military and civilian - have already become interested in alloys that can last almost forever.

As the scientists explained, there is a modification of the metal surface. An ion-plasma installation is an aggregate the size of an ordinary household refrigerator. A vacuum is created inside the chamber, nitrogen and argon are fed there, and then the source of microwaves is turned on. Nothing complicated - the whole process looks like cooking in a microwave.

However, this technology unique - so far this technology is used only in Saratov. Plasma can make any alloy harder, stronger, as a result of which products from it will last much longer. In addition, recently, scientists have found that increases the resistance of metal to corrosion.

Work on this project lasted about three decades. Back in the eighties, scientists discovered a way to change the metal surface to make it harder. But to fully understand what is happening with the metal under the influence of plasma, it was possible only with the advent of modern microscopes.

Among those who expressed interest in technology are aircraft builders, because with its help it is possible to significantly extend the life of complex gears. Among potential customers are Swiss watchmakers. If the details of the clockwork are processed using this method, then such a watch will last almost forever.

I hope our scientists will not disclose the technology, otherwise we will buy what we could do ourselves from China.

To file a patent, make work installations and, upon orders, process the workpieces sent! And no sales of licenses and technologies - we ourselves need jobs!

      File a patent ...

A patent is not a panacea.
The validity of a patent depends on the country of patenting, the subject of patenting and ranges from 5 to 35 years.
And there are countries that spat on patents.
The most striking example of a Kalashnikov product. Produces anyone. And we can not do anything in the legal field. All patent periods are long over.
Such developments (as in the article) clearly need to be SECRET, and not publicly post articles. Yes, with an approximate description of the technology.

It is necessary to patent this technology at the international level and not disclose it to anyone under any circumstances.
