Russia will not reconcile with the decision of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal to transfer the Scythian gold to Kiev. The head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed to investigate the circumstances of the refusal of a foreign judicial authority to return its museum exhibits to Crimea.

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the head of the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol V.N. organize an inspection on the fact of non-return of cultural property belonging to the Republic of Crimea

- said in a statement by the Investigative Committee.

Bastrykin also requested assistance from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation in resolving this issue, which requires a "thorough study."

The Federation Council also responded to the decision of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal. Thus, Senator Vladimir Dzhabarov urged to immediately challenge the verdict of the Dutch judge. Senator Sergei Tsekov, in turn, called the decision of the Amsterdam judicial authority "politically motivated" and "anti-Crimean".

Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy welcomed the imminent return of Scythian gold to Kiev.

We always get ours back. Let's return Crimea too

- said how the Ukrainian leader snapped.
