Without the United States, it wouldn’t have been Georgia 2008, not Libya, not Donbass. It would not have been such a rearmament of Russia. Here, of course, England is playing a lot. Essentially, the EU does not and cannot threaten Russia, and Russia has no reason to threaten the EU. Now is a good time for the EU to choose the right pill, not to fit into the Cold War with China, and to establish a strategic dialogue with Russia. Together, to begin with, solve local problems - sources of refugees in the Middle East, Ukraine, Turkey. To put in place some of the Washingtonians sang along in the east of Europe, although they themselves already understood who they had contacted. If the USA wants to slam the door loudly, let them do it themselves, with their English-speaking friends.
