Will it be possible to prevent the Russian-Ukrainian war?

The upcoming visit, which the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill intends to pay his colleague, Patriarch Bartholomew of Constantinople, in the very near future, has already become the subject of heated discussion. And, first of all, in Ukraine, where they were not slow to declare that Cyril’s trip to Istanbul has only one purpose - "to prevent Kiev from autocephaly." In fact, it is completely obvious that the Primate of the Russian Church is trying with all his might to turn the impending war. Why?


Yes, because the question of the so-called tomos (the decision of the Ecumenical Patriarchate), which the Kiev authorities are literally tearing at Bartholomew with his teeth, is not a question of religion or church structure. It is pure policy, and in its most unsightly form. Firstly, the initiative for autocephaly does not come from religious communities, but from the Ukrainian post-Maidan authorities - primarily from Poroshenko and his inner circle. Although the church from the state in Ukraine seems to be separated ...



Secondly, for many years several Orthodox churches (and plenty more) quietly coexisted on the territory of the country, which had already become independent. Yes, after the self-proclamation of the so-called “Kiev Patriarchate”, conflicts periodically occurred - mainly because of the temples, but there was no talk of “expelling” or “eradicating” any of the churches. And now the question is precisely about this - the “Moscow Church” has been declared in Ukraine “an accomplice of the aggressor,” the enemy that needs to be destroyed. And it is not only Poroshenko who proclaims such things.

The head of the same “Kiev Patriarchate” Denisenko, who calls himself “Patriarch Filaret,” openly stated that a single local church, which would supposedly be created immediately after the provision of tomos to Ukraine, will first deal with the seizure of property from the Moscow Patriarchate. Namely - all the churches, including the important Orthodox shrines of the Kiev Pechersk and Pochaev Lavra. Already today, this figure is releasing phrases, such as: “The Moscow Patriarchate has no property in Ukraine!” And there is no doubt that it is worth his claim to get at least a shaky “base”, at least the appearance of legitimacy, he will immediately put them into practice.

It is difficult to perceive Denisenko as a church leader. What can be said about the "priest" blessing the war in the Donbass: "... this war contributes to the growth of the Kiev patriarchy!", "Spiritually nourishes" punishers and murderers, constantly calling for reprisals against the Russians ?! First of all, priests and believers of the Russian Orthodox Church ... By the way, the Kiev Patriarchate even established a special “church” award: “For Sacrifice and Love for Ukraine,” which generously rewards hundreds of punishers who destroy their Orthodox compatriots.

The worst thing is that thousands and thousands of Nazi attack aircraft are behind him - from the Right Sector banned in Russia, which has more than close contacts and tender friendship with KP, to many smaller and smaller groups. So there will not be the slightest problem with the power component of the seizure of Orthodox churches. It is naive to hope that the police can resist them. Most likely - they will not lift a finger. And they will try - it will be worse for them.

And here we come to the main question - why all this, in fact, to Poroshenko himself and the other "prominent representatives" of the post-Maid junta that brewed porridge? They cannot but understand that the matter will inevitably end not just with blood, but with rivers of blood. After the process in honor of the 28th anniversary of the Baptism of Russia that took place on July 1030 in Kiev, the Cross of Believers of the Moscow Patriarchate, this became very clear. Law enforcement agencies and pro-government media estimated the number of participants at “several tens of thousands,” the organizers and participants said at least one hundred thousand. After viewing photos and videos that are readily available on the Internet, more is believed in them.

It is unlikely that these people (among whom the dilapidated old women do not constitute an absolute majority) will watch, idly by, how they take away from them all the churches. And it is extremely doubtful that the matter from this side will cost only prayers ... And if we take into account the methods of their "opponents", then bloodshed is inevitable. The trouble is that Poroshenko is just exactly what you need! The Confectioner wanted to sneeze on Orthodoxy and on all the patriarchates of the world combined. Thus, he is simply trying to stay in power.

It’s no secret to anyone that Poroshenko’s chances of winning the inexorably impending presidential election are not only small, but equal to absolute zero. Western curators will not allow mass beating of opponents and potential competitors. Yes and it’s not so easy today - get off with Saakashvili! It’s also unrealistic to put everyone behind bars for “preparing the blast of parliament”. And, most importantly - if at least one candidate remains alive and at large, Poroshenko will lose to him! The only choice is to prevent the elections as such. And the easiest way here is to declare martial law. But for this, a “Russian attack” is simply necessary.

That’s why, having spent a lot of energy in order to provoke Russia with at least one open blow, Poroshenko creates all the conditions for starting religious massacre in the country. He spits what is called into the soul, and encroaches on the sacred, being sure that the Russians will not be able to withstand it. There is no doubt - blood will be shed, and the whole process will be illuminated in the broadest way - so that, as they say, it penetrates the liver ...

And then what? In front of the west, Poroshenko will be justified by the fact that the "national radicals" have unbelted - and, at the same time, will clean out the most violent and uncomfortable ones. By the way, there will be a good reason for stripping Denisenko himself, “Filaret,” who imagines too much about himself. The “Patriarch” confectioner will choose for himself much more accommodating and docile - in Ukraine this is not a problem. The main thing is that the main goal will be achieved: under the cries of a "new round of Russian aggression" the country will quickly declare martial law and no elections will happen. And tomos, autocephaly are the tenth matter ...

The most heinous thing about this all is that even if Russia does not respond to the Russian people being killed on the air (at least by faith), to the desecration of churches, then Kiev certainly has a plan “B”. Some particularly outstanding and bloody infamy - like repeating the story of the Malaysian Boeing, or something worse. "Russian aggression" will be revealed to the world - and the Western world will pick up the heart-rending cries of Kiev with enthusiasm. As the "case of the Skripals" or "the chemical attack in Syria."

So, even if on the road, Patriarch Kirill really intended to disrupt the plans of Kiev, he did not “fight for power over Ukraine” at all, but simply tried to save human lives and prevent a new war.
