It is urgent to bring down: Russians flee from Kazakhstan

76
Kazakhstan has embarked on the dangerous path that Ukraine is already taking, at the end of which a civil conflict, partition of the territory and absorption by strong neighbors can await it. Since Astana gained independence, a course has been set for the outcome of the Russian and Russian-speaking population of the country (it includes ethnic Germans, Tatars, Ukrainians, Uzbeks). More recently, Kazakhstan was the second largest Russian state in the territory of the former USSR, now it is ahead of ... extremely anti-Russian Latvia! Today, its total amount is at the level of 19-20%.

Why are Russians leaving? There are several reasons. Kazakhstan has clearly taken a national-patriotic course, and many of our compatriots have ceased to see prospects for themselves in the new realities. The theme of widespread Kazakhization is annoying, including in the issue of language. A certain contribution was made by the Crimean Spring, which gave local Kazakh nationalists the opportunity to speculate on the danger of secession of Northern Kazakhstan, mainly populated by Russians and Russified Kazakhs who do not even know the Kazakh language. Residents of Russian regions bordering with Kazakhstan, for example, the Chelyabinsk region, note the increased interest of Russians in the origin of citizens of a neighboring state in the acquisition of real estate in the future. Everyone perfectly remembers how, with just one knapsack in their hands, the inhabitants of Donbass fled from Ukrainian shelling to Russia.

In 2011, representatives of the Kazakh public and artists wrote to the president of the country with a demand to recognize that the Russian language illegally performs the function of the second state language. Moreover, they were even ready to take some “extreme measures”. Kazakh nationalists reason like this:

The share of Russian citizens in Kazakhstan fell to 20%, and Kazakhs already make up 67% of the population. Changing the demographic balance requires changing priorities in the national and linguistic policy. How can the Russian language fulfill its “official” role if Russian people make up only 20% of the population?

In their opinion, the language of a national minority is not worthy of state status. Nationalists are silent about the fact that in Ukraine such reasoning, which went into the practical plane, led to war. Nevertheless, the process of squeezing out the Russian language continues. It is known that from 2025 Kazakhstan will switch from Cyrillic to foreign Latin. The process of translating office work of state structures into the Kazakh language has already begun. A group of deputies of the Parliament of Kazakhstan appealed to the Constitutional Court of the country on the possibility of depriving the Russian language of the status of the language of interethnic communication, since it prevents the mass adoption of the Kazakh language. The situation is still supported by the forces of President Nursultan Nazarbayev, who insists on maintaining the language triad: a comprehensive study of Kazakh, Russian and English. The head of state is trying to go along the edge of a sharpened razor, but it is easy to understand that this balance depends on the will of a person of a very respectable age.

Experts say that everything could have turned out differently, make the Russian leadership certain efforts to protect their compatriots abroad:

The Russian factor of Kazakhstan could play in the early 90s if Moscow supported the local Russian-speaking population. But neither under Yeltsin, nor with subsequent presidents.

In what scenarios can events develop further? In case of increasing pressure, Russians can continue to emigrate to the Russian Federation, using the program of resettlement of compatriots. However, in the case of excesses motivated by nationalism, events in the territory of Northern Kazakhstan are not excluded under certain conditions, similar to not Crimean, but rather Donbass. Thus, nationalists with their own hands can give way to that scenario, which they fear.

Experts also note that Kazakh nationalists fear, in general, not who they should be. In addition to Russia, the country borders on the immeasurably more economically powerful China. Over the past 12 years, the Chinese have invested $ 14 billion in Kazakhstan, opened 2783 enterprises at their own expense. Already today, a third of the country's entire oil market is controlled by Chinese business. At the same time, China belongs to the Kazakh ethnic group without friendly aspiration, unlike the Russians. It is known that from million to one and a half million Kazakhs live in the Celestial Empire, but they are tormented by the Chinese, they are forbidden to give Muslim names to children and practice Islam, it happens that the disobedient are retrained for fidelity to the Communist Party of China in special camps, where they are forced to prove their loyalty. The narrow-minded nationalists of Kazakhstan do not understand that they are fighting not for that and not for those.

How many more years will we reap the fruits of the traitor-alcoholic Tsar Boris, who on December 8, 1991, together with his accomplices, Kravchuk and Shushkevich, in a drunken shop in Belarusian Viskuli, signed some kind of crap about the collapse of the USSR, thereby depriving the Motherland more than 25 million Russian people, and threw Russia itself into long-term poverty. Now they rush about, not knowing where to run, where they lived, in Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, etc. there is no place for them now, there now lives its own, elite and original nation, and Mother Russia became for these persecuted just a stepmother, due to problems with obtaining Russian citizenship, but she meets all the same residents from Central Asia as relatives and without problems with obtaining citizenship of the Russian Federation .... Today you walk through our cities, you look at the people walking by, and it seems that you are in Bukhara, or Dushanbe, and they all go and go to us, with a fig in your pocket, hating us, blowing up and killing us .... But when will you, Russia, wake up from this "brotherly" dope, and you will understand that you have never had any "brothers" and "friends", there were only parasites and backsliders parasitizing on hard work and kindness Yes, there was a time when we were a single people, a single country, especially in the Great Patriotic War, but now there is no that country, and there is no that single people, but there are principalities, khanates and hetmans, from which we are simply expelled, and our authorities simply swallow it, and they don't even threaten anyone with a finger, as if it should about everything to be. DOCLE !!!!!!

      Put +, but ...
How long are you asking? Until then, while we ourselves will endure these outrages. True, there is one small nuance - there is no force (or party) that would lead our discontent. The problem is that if you do not have associates, then you are 0 without a wand. Only the united can do something and (perhaps) they will be heard ...
In the meantime - we tolerate, to the limit ... One bad thing is that the revolution and after it another Civil War will again reduce our population (unlike our neighbors). By this we play into the hands of even China, even the west. But this path is ours ... otherwise we (as history has shown) do not know how.
And the whole problem in Russia is a damned staffing issue. We will not learn how to grow the NEEDED RUSSIA cadres - we will disappear like Ancient Rome or the pharaohs of Egypt ... in history this has happened more than once. And (most likely) it will be for us as well - we relaxed, complacent, capitulated ...

And you, Alex, don’t you see that the cup of national patience is already overfilled, there is already one cancer tumor on our borders, Ukraine, and yet another is emerging, this is Belarus, and this is on our borders, and if you give them time to get stronger, then the problems we will have a lot, and all this, along with the internal problems of the country, will accelerate the onset of the Russian apocalypse. Ukraine, Syria,
an increase in gasoline prices and, accordingly, for all products and goods, the second coming of Medvedev and his "team", pension reform, an increase in VAT, an increase in utility tariffs, and all this immediately after the presidential election !!!!! Is that, he was "set up, or how to call it-HPP? Without the State Department, of course, it could not do, and this is unambiguous, and then what, a rebellion, meaningful, but merciless, in a state with nuclear weapons, full of its own" McCains "? The consequences of this are even scary to imagine, but it's all the same when it will happen, if you don't think again.

Today I wrote to "TRYMAVA", I think it will work here too:
"Well ... I read this story and the thought came to my mind - but this picture, which can be applied to the entire disintegrating Union ... The process continues. Although, in principle, it is not as noticeable as with non-brothers. Just in the rest of Russia ( as opposed to the maaska) the feeling of hopelessness (among hard workers) and indifference (among superiors) grows more and more in time ... People are trying to make wordless mechanisms that should not only have opinions, but also rights ....
Now, with a pensioner, they have come to their senses, they have survived ... Prices for gas and gas jumped even before the World Cup - survive as you like. Now, prices for electricity will creep. After all, the conditions of our OWNERS (read the oligarchs, the names have changed - the essence is the same) companies should grow, and not stand still. And how to increase them, if the “world community” lives by the principle - “Rob your neighbor, and then the distant comes and robs you!” ... Here they rob our rich, and those, in turn, ordinary citizens - so in the world of capital always and always will be. And the words of GDP that we have a legal, SOCIAL state - a lie ... or nonsense (what did the GDP say about the SOCIAL state? And in the capitalist world ??? the socialist state must first be created to talk about it as a social one.) . Our state is separated from the people. Otherwise, his head would not have lied to us so openly ... All of this is sad ... And hopelessly ...
In order to reverse all this, a leader of the IVS type (who will not be allowed to rise to the top in any way) or a party that aims to set a return to socialism as its goal is needed. But there is no leader, no party in Russia ... And, probably, it is not expected. So our country (like the rest of the colonies) will be gutted ... gutted again and again, and again ... and so on until his death ... "

      Never!
For the Russian government, Russians are an alien nation. In this they are completely in solidarity with the West.
However, it can end either in a civil war, or in the Third World War. The third world is preferable. Perhaps, he will moderate the progress a bit, he will remake the world beyond recognition. The USA, China, India, All of Europe will disappear ...
Well yes, Muslims will dominate the world. Although, nuclear weapons are enough for everyone.

And you know, you are right. About 5 years ago I had to contact the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Spain (in Madrid) I needed one certificate from Kazakhstan, because. I was born in Kazakhstan (now I live in Portugal) They called me that my certificate had arrived, a week later I flew to Madrid for it, came to the Embassy - there is no one there, freely. Then a family of tourists from Kazakhstan, Russians, came from their car they stole documents, they stand like finches, huddle up, they need documents to fly to Kazakhstan, so to speak. Then we all had to listen to moralizing from some kid of 20-22 years old. A Kazakh guy, apparently an employee of the embassy, began to reprimand me, 50 - to a summer man, for not coming right away for a certificate "This is not a luggage room for you" Then these unfortunate tourists got it, "You don't look after your things, but we only do work." Probably his idleness corrupted this guy, because ... There were no more visitors at the embassy. As far as I remember, young people in Kazakhstan were somehow more modest. I was surprised by the size of the embassy - 5 times more than the Russian embassy in Portugal ...

Nazarbayev himself opened the Pandora’s box with his excessive nationalism, and could have relied on the Russians in the country and made them devotees. But no, the Merikans played a role here too. We were very trusting, not only to the Merkans, but also to the former Soviet republics, believing that they could not betray us. But no, Ukrainians betrayed the Kazakhs begin to muddle their neighbors, so that without Russia to do their business in Central Asia, but with the help of the United States. It means that our soft power does not work well, that Russia’s interests are on everyone’s side, but all the former Soviet republics should understand that they live freely only thanks to Russia.

We were very gullible in the days of the USSR and to the Balts, we were gullible to Ukraine, now we are gullible to Belarus and Kazakhstan, whose leaders, like Yanukovych, sit on two chairs, and we, as always, hide our heads in the sand, seeing perfectly well that Russophobia is being whipped up there in full force, and we, once again, hope that it will, but our "friends" and "partners" will not allow this, because their only goal is to destroy the rising Russia, as earlier they destroyed the USSR too ..... It will take quite a bit of time, and we will get on our borders another, "not brotherly" country, hostile to us, like Ukraine, about which we do not even need to build illusions about returning her into our "friendly" embrace, a conflict in different guises with her is guaranteed to us for more than one hundred years, which is expected with Belarus, if, given a situation similar to Ukraine there, we, as a country allied with Belarus, do not introduce our troops, spitting on all the squeals and tantrums of the "collective West." We need to survive in this terrible world, we need tonot to fight for ourselves, for our existence, but to fight for it, otherwise Russia will disappear, disappear from the face of the earth, if we give ourselves some more slack.

    Good afternoon.

Not too lazy and registered for such a case. And I see the case very alarming.

Dear author of this article, before you write such nonsense, first collect the information in full.

So dear readers, flattery with its charter to the Kazakh monastery will probably be enough ...
Yes, once we were one country, and the statuses were different. This is the period when we were together not out of great love, but following mutual interests. "Russia" got access to mineral resources. "Kazakhstan" has built infrastructure and production. So, no one was left behind)). But there is another truth: in the absence of "Kazakhstan", you would have a border with a length of 3000 km., With far from friendly China. Who sleeps and sees the Siberian expanses ...
You poison your government for inaction, which raised your pensions and introduced Mat.capital., Reduced external debt, and increased the combat effectiveness of the Army.
Apparently they are not quite competent, unlike some "commentators". Where are they to you ...

Trust me, as a group of "Kazakhstan", we have no discrimination. Everyone lives in peace and harmony. The introduction of the Latin alphabet is the internal affairs of "Kazakhstan".
You just need to curb your imperial ambitions, and take up the development of the Far East and Siberia.

P / s. Do not see such articles

In general, so Daniyar, what you write is either a product of isolation from reality, or stupidity in half with conceit. Please tell me - what minerals are not in Russia, which is uvaz? This is the first. The second - you NEVER could not build ANYTHING if not for RI and the USSR. Since there is NONE a state where the population consisted of TRIBES and cattle breeding was the main labor activity, it was not able to build INDEPENDENTLY neither infrastructure nor industry (do not flatter yourself - you are not Slavs and not Chinese, who united according to the type of empires). It was ALL THE POPULATION of the USSR (all nationalities, without exception, and Kazakhs, including) that built in the Kazakh SSR everything that you have now! It was within the empire that you were able to become what you become. And just as part of the empire you got the opportunity to rise to the level at which you were at the time of the collapse of the USSR (and yes it was from the hands of the USSR that you gained statehood - like everything around Russia (we do not take into account the Baltic states - there are reasons for it)).
Third, don't tell me about non-discrimination. I live in the Orenburg region. and how many Russians (as well as Germans, Ukrainians) came from you during your "nEzalEzhnost". I personally sold my mother's house to one family from there. And they told a lot of "funny" things about the attitude of the "indigenous" to the "non-indigenous" (for example, about the evening "patrols" in the villages). One more point - as in the case of the independent ones - where did you get the northern parts of "your" state (and with the indigenous population - Russians, Ukrainians, etc.)? And after that, do you have anything else about "internal affairs"? And who can talk about your "internal affairs"? China, pind0sam? And do your Gaster's (and don't say that they don't come here) still need to earn money in Russia (as well as all the others supposedly independent)? Why don't you go to China and Pindustan in such crowds (of course not like Uzbeks and Ukrainians with Tajiks, but still)? Like in Russia such suckers - can you earn money? Just do not need to say here that it is not so - EVERYTHING IS SO ... if not more.
Now, with regard to the border, the border (if Kazakhstan WAS NOT AT ALL) would be much less extended (do not forget about the territories transferred to your structure during the USSR). And if there weren’t your state, then there would be Russia (like Tatarstan and Bashkortostan) ...
I understand everything - an inferiority complex (for EVERYONE WITHOUT EXCEPTION of the "former") ... this is a heavy cross. But shitting neighbor "under the door" when you OBLIGED TO EVERYONE .................. This is only for all post-Soviet "states" in the norm and in customs. Let me remind you - NONE OF YOU will not last even a YEAR without Russia - the world is so cruel that they will scold instantly as soon as your rear collapses. And your rear is Russia, which you try to guess in every possible way. To please your uncle "because of the puddle"? Are you so naive that you do not understand WHAT will this end for you? Well, so races, then you have not grown to an independent statehood, what a pity. Examples of you can serve as the former Ukrainian SSR, MSSR, Arm.SSR, GSSR, TadzhSSR - as long as Russia supports them (or supported) by SIMPLY OF ITS EXISTENCE, they are whole. So that...
And about the government ... How can you judge the state of our lives while in another state? You do not understand the simplest things! This government, for your information, gives a penny with one hand and grabs it with the other hand (not always by itself, partly thanks to the system that has been built over all these years) for EVERY family - in rubles, hundreds, or even thousands. Pensions have risen? And then gasoline, gas jumped, and now there is electricity. Dali matkapital - jumped housing prices. Do not know do not say better than anything. You see only the external surroundings, and what really ...

Z.Y. - no one is being kept here, they just all know everything and look at things soberly, without pink snot and glasses ...

In general, the reaction is expected - If not for us, etc.
Honestly, I can’t understand what night patrols are you talking about? where and when ?
I myself am from Almaty. He was transferred to Astana for work. Often business trips to other regions of the country. In our organizations in Almaty and Astana there are representatives of Slavic nationalities. Well, there is no problem ... what are you making up there ...?!
By golly, you suck from a finger ...
Nobody is trying to challenge the fact that Russia has the status of a power.
You just have to accept the fact that Kazakhstan is moving its own way. Like it or not.
At the expense of minerals, Uranus, Coal, Oil, etc. ... (this is also in the Russian Federation) but, it has never been superfluous.
As for the interior and governments. You see how difficult and aggressive the assessment is when they do it without understanding the essence of the problems. Yes, we are aware that the cost of gasoline has risen in parallel, and they are raising the retirement age.
Therefore, before criticizing, learn to perceive it. And it’s better not to do this at all.

... and the last, laying out information about discrimination and the like, it would not be bad to say this with facts. And then mislead readers about Kazakhstan.

Dear Daniyar, I am very impressed with your statements about your country, and you don’t stoop to insults your opponent, but .... What do you order us to do and think about the fact that our bodies of the FMS, literally of all Russian cities, are huge queues from
representatives of all the republics of Central Asia, among which a very substantial share,
I’ll say frankly, Russian REFUGEES, specifically refugees, not immigrants. And in Kazakhstan there is now an increasing trend towards an increase in the flow of Russian migrants to Russia, and not from a good life, but for many of them your country was their Motherland, their roots were beaten there, there was their home, their children and grandchildren were born there, and tell me what makes them leave their homes, their habitable places, and go to Russia, abandoning their housing and everything they acquired, in, so to speak, unknown? Well, with Ukraine, everything is clear, there simply went wild national self-identification, and simply nationalism, and therefore there are completely different circumstances with refugees, terrible and inhuman, but why does this begin to happen in you, in your country, after all " dashing trouble began, "and, God forbid, it will be even worse, which I really would not want .. I say this with good reason, because as fate willed I had to live in Ukraine, in the Donbass, and I spent 2,5 years under the bombing and shelling, and this is very scary when, during the shelling of a peaceful city of many thousands, you are in an apartment, and a high-rise building is shaking from the explosions, and at times it seems that the ceiling is changing places with the floor, and you do not know where to hide, and you think of only one thing, that if something, then only immediately, to death, so as not to suffer, but immediately to death ... It is I to you, Daniyar, who described my feelings and emotions during the shelling of the Ukrainian army in the city of Horlivka, where I used to live .... And I wrote this to you because in Ukraine everything started in 1991, too, "with small wow, "to belittle the Russian language, an attempt to return the Cyrillic alphabet, a small, but growth in migration to Russia, but you probably don't need to talk about today's Ukraine, you know everything yourself, and how you don't want to repeat all this in your country , but "burnt in milk blows on the water" - I wrote all this to you, no offense, but this is an obvious reality.

            Valentine,

What you experienced in Ukraine would not wish anyone.
Regarding refugees in the FMS of Russia from Middle Asia. The first reason is not a national issue, but a difficult economic situation. It's just that people are looking for more favorable living conditions. To be honest, Russia has a number of social advantages over Kazakhstan. Whether it’s pension or mat. Capital. Yes, and the age of Nazarbayev does not add confidence. Believe me, in terms of corruption, our country may not even be inferior to Russia.
Well, there is a human factor, when all problems with self-realization can be attributed to nat.patov and the like nonsense ... (my subjective opinion)
In order not to be unfounded, I can provide you with contacts (by e-mail) at least ten people from my environment who are of Slavic origin. So that you can see for yourself that there is no nationalism in Kazakhstan. At least in the format described in this article.

For reference: Russian language in the RK., Has the status of "international" You can assess the degree of knowledge of the language by my comments.

            Alex,
You can blame for grammatical errors, this is your right. But, for me, knowledge of two languages, albeit not ideally, is an advantage.

              Salam, Daniyar.
I agree with you completely. Never in the Republic of Kazakhstan, in any case in the East Kazakhstan region, have there been frictions on the national basis between Russians, Chechens and Kazakhs.
Unfortunately, someone is trying to destabilize stability in East Kazakhstan. Personally, I came to this article via a link from Facebook from one of the so-called "patriots" of Kazakhstan, who cares for the Kazakh language. There is just a commentary where they ask for help with weapons and other things for the people's Ust-Kamenogorsk republic.
We Russians and Kazakhs living in Kazakhstan need to be prepared for the fact that they will push us against their foreheads. And to say together - no such provocateurs.
And articles like this one in the Russian media space, or Ayatzhan Akhmetzhanov’s articles in the Kazakhstan media space — I sympathize with those who sent their children to the Russian school — DO NOT CONSTITUTE stability in the region if they still do not cause negative emotions among readers.
It is a pity that most pass by. And I am grateful to you that you tried to convey to your readers that there is no confrontation on ethnic grounds in Kazakhstan.
It’s bad that there are few like you.
Unfortunately, the editors of this portal do not have a phone, but only a feedback form. I unsubscribed so that they deleted, but not the fact that they read messages.
If everything remains, I will write with a request to assist in the removal through the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

You know, Daniyar, for some reason, it is easy and pleasant for me to communicate with you, you are literate, well-read, and many of our school graduates could envy your vocabulary and spelling, but with your fellow countryman Kylys, who has very radical views on Russia and Russians, the conversation is given to me with difficulty, because in his statements he is very similar in his statements to those who are now "running the show" in Ukraine, and I already found the first rudiment of Kazakh nationalism for myself in Kylys, you just read his comments here We, in Russia, are also not without radicals, and they are mainly in large cities, but their substantial minority, and they are already starting to clump together with our liberals, portray a crowd to look impressive on Bolotnaya, and they are only interested in purely Russian "people's troubles", and they do not go into foreign policy. All of us, Russians, Kazakhs, Belarusians, live in our independent states, "cook" in our own cauldrons, are friends with each other, we have common borders, and we do not want any confrontations with each other, as happened with Ukraine, and in Russia is to blame for this, of which I was convinced myself: if appropriate measures had been taken at that time, then there would have been no coup, and now, as the Ukrainians say, it’s a matter of fact.

                Valentine,
Yes, of course not the most pleasant attack. But this is just a consequence .... I think no one will like it when their country is being obscured, posing as an aggressor in the relations of other ethnic groups. The reaction is different for everyone.
I just want to remind you that our entire dialogue was provoked by the Russian publishing house, which, without providing a single fact, printed this article, just like the Western media regarding Russia.
And the above comments are no less "fiery" than those of Kylys.

Therefore, Valentine, Kazakhstan is an open secular state. We sincerely wish Russia success and prosperity.
It’s stupid to suppose that when you see our opinion and get feedback, if not from the most pleasant angle, you will suddenly fall in love with Kazakhstan))
But nevertheless ... I ask you not to rush to conclusions, and as objectively as possible approaches the discussion, and especially the condemnation of anyone.

Daniyar, do you think I have nothing to do but convince you of something? What I wrote to you is a given. Here explain to me:
Why ALL GASTERS (from the former USSR) go to RUSSIA, and not FROM IT? Why? And the answer lies on the surface - the worse the situation inside their country (at least economic, at least ethnic, at least religious), the MORE people go ... WHERE ??? Why not to the Yankees, nor to the geyropu (I don’t argue - some part is going there, but ... the overwhelming majority where?), But because:
          a) Russia is the closest neighbor (but this is not the most important thing)
          b) The economic situation in Russia (no matter how much we blame our government) is much better than the situations in YOUR countries.
          c) Russians have always treated foreigners (living with us) as their own.
          d) in Russia, whoever wants what, believes in that (only if this faith does not provide for violence against others or the diminution of his human, religious or other dignity)
(I will add - do you know such an expression in your ruling elite: "He is a real Kazakh!"? No? Ask!)
Still need to continue or not?
Regarding your knowledge of the situation of intolerance in the regions of your country6
Just returned from a shopping trip (cement was looking for where cheaper). In the village where my mother’s house was, cement turned out to be the cheapest (230 rubles for 40 kg-bag). But that’s okay ... So - there I met a peasant to whom he sold the house (he drove for a check - a sabbath)! The very one about whom we were talking about in the previous comment. so I asked him how he was and what, how his children ... Says the youngest neighbor bought a house (on the same street). And the senior ... The senior foreman in some company in the capital - your capital. I asked how so? Why then did you leave the MOTHERLAND? Do you know what he said? Is talking. that one of the Russians who managed to break into the bosses lives normally, but hard workers ... In general, everything that they themselves grabbed.
Honestly, I didn’t think so by a specialist, everything was purely random. And it turns out that he often calls into that store (I dived into that store 2 times in half an hour) - that's why we met.
At the expense of minerals - are they so critical to us that you mention them in a conversation? No ... Then why did you include them in the conversation - poke us with your nose? ... But what about the fact that you are SURE that everyone loves you so much because you are so beautiful all of yourself? Are you so naive? Ndaa ... As long as Russia covers you, they don’t touch you. As soon as you get out of the influence of Russia, what happens to the former USSR is happening to you. Next in line is Moldova. Then - Georgians or Armenians ... At how it goes. And there are other Tajiks with Belarus (there is such certainty that the whites get involved there too — they break too much). Do not be naive - it is a synonym for political immaturity ...

At the expense of minerals - that’s how the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan said that for all the time of Russian colonization, the Kazakhs only swallowed dust. There were no roads, no factories, only resources pumped. That is why our youth, and the old people who are weak as a keepsake, talk about it.

The country is divided. And with every Russian-speaking person who has left it, everything becomes disconnected and disconnected. This is not so noticeable in Astana or Alma-Ata, where our friend Daniyar came from, but it is visible in the outback. Ethnic nationalism is growing. And their skinheads burn Korean women alive in the middle of broad daylight, which even the government of South Korea recommended to its citizens not to need to visit the Russian Federation because of the rampant Nazi skins in the Russian Federation.
In Ukraine, Asians have never been burned alive in the crowded streets in the middle of the day!

Yes, and about 12 thousand civilians of Donbass, women, old people and children, no one killed, and almost 70 thousand soldiers of the Armed Forces did not die bli in this war .... You don’t suit your fellow countryman Daniyar, he is an honest and direct guy, and it’s very bad that you have no such people in power, but only people like you, and this is very bad and destructive for your country, because on nationalism and you fiercely hate Russia, you won’t build a normal state, and this is clearly seen in Ukraine, and people like you kindle national enmity everywhere. ... The Russians who remained in our common country, I emphasize the common country, do not want a repeat of the Ukrainian events, they want to live together. But there is one BUT. We are being driven out, quietly, but driven out. For us, Kazakhstan is a multinational country where there are no titular nations. For you, Kazakhstan is the land of Kazakhs. For us, Russian-speaking, Russian is the language of international communication. For you, it is the language of the colonizer. Alex,

I saw your article. I have not discovered anything new for myself. A typical article, in the format "Everyone who is not with us is against us" Therefore, he did not go into a deep discussion. It is difficult to carry on a conversation when the opponent has deliberately given an assessment and does not hear basic things ...
As for your remark, that some citizens who managed to get out before the bosses also reap laurels. And the rest are content with wrapping, I will please you, it's true! Only this happens with all segments of the population, regardless of nationality.
If you carefully read my comments, there I described a possible reason for the outflow of Russians from Kazakhstan. This is, first and foremost, an ECONOMIC situation!

Who is not with us that is against us? Well, you are right in that! I'll just add - whoever is not with us, but from the Yankees, is EXACTLY against us! The first were the Balts (they hosted the Amers, although we don’t need these sprats for a GIFT), then "the Moldovans distinguished themselves (they decided the Russians (and those who consider themselves to be among them) simply bang out of their disobedience to Chisinau), the Georgians wanted to solve the problem more cardinally - having killed our peacekeepers, now the Ukrainians (all those who do not want to obey Kiev - to put it under the knife ... okay, Crimea managed to (this is how the OVERWHEAST majority of the people consider themselves Russians, without nationality restrictions), but Donbass was not so homogeneous - so Donbass got what it now has from its "native" government) ... now the Armenians have decided that the Americans are closer to them than the Russians ... now you? And then who are the Belarusians?
Also - what kind of MY article are you talking about? I only leave comments on articles. Nowhere did not publish ANYTHING (or maybe in vain ???) ... And where not to discuss if not here? Or do you think that having brought it to a state where everyone is rushing from your country to Russia (when the nationalists there, after Nazarbayev, come to power (come, come, it’s ALREADY seen)? Do you think this is the best way out? Well, well, as you know. ..Only in 5-7 years we’ll see what you say.
Now about what I wrote all the time - I wrote about the RUSSIAN family that I had to deal with during the sale of my mother’s home. Once again - I have no purpose to convince you of something. You live in capitals or major cities. And these people came from your outback.
One more moment - the words of your elite "He is a REAL Kazakh!" - tell me how can I know this? And those who advocate reasonable internationalism are squeezed out of power in all possible ways ... Do you need to say something about the Russian language? Balts, Moldovans, Ukrainians - they also started with this ...
Do you want to get rid of Russian "custody"? And invite amers? Well then, do not be offended - you will become the PURPOSE !!!

        Sergey,

There is a titular nation in Kazakhstan, these are Kazakhs! In Russia, these are Russians.
In terms of language, I agree with you. This is the language of interethnic communication. But if Kazakhstan chooses the Latin alphabet, this does not mean that we are all against Russia and the Russians. Based on your logic, countries such as Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan (in which Latin) are also hostile to Russia ...?!
For reference, the EAEU was created on the initiative of Nazarbayev. The Russian language is international. In which CIS countries are there such conditions? Only in Kazakhstan. And so Kazakhstan decided to switch to the Latin alphabet, they discovered such hysteria ... In simple terms, I don't want to leave the "comfort zone". Therefore, you are speculating on the topic of nationalism and other such nonsense!

They talk about the influx into the North Kazakhstan of the Kazakhs of their southern regions who do not really know Russian and are configured in a specific way. Moreover, pressure is felt not only by Russians, but, strangely enough, by Russified Kazakhs of the North, who themselves do not know Kazakh. So do not talk about economic reasons ...

Skinheads committed one of the most brutal attacks on January 3, 2009, on Academician Volgin Street. Young people crept up behind two girls from South Korea walking along the street, doused them with gasoline and set it on fire. The Korean women Oh Ye Jin and Zong Dam Bin literally turned into living torches. Passers-by helped them to bring down the flames, and then the doctors from the burn center of the Sklifosovsky Institute fought for their life for a long time.

In Moscow, a group of skinheads dealt with a native of Buryatia, who worked as a senior manager at Rosevrobank.
According to Anatoly Lekhatinov, Deputy Minister of Economic Development at the Representative Office of Buryatia under the President of the Russian Federation, on Thursday, the murder was committed at about 19.00 pm the day before, near the Novogireevo metro station on Federal Avenue.
28-year-old Nikolai Prokopyev was returning home when a group of young people attacked him.
According to eyewitnesses, "the attackers were outwardly similar to skinheads."

I went to the site "National Question in Moscow", from where you wrote out your data .... yes, everything is so, but this is only an extract from the police records, selected by you also on ethnic grounds, but if you publish their full data, then all we will freeze blood in our veins, how many people of different nationalities have been brought there, who was wounded, who was crippled, and who was killed, for nothing, but just like that, either for money, or for a telephone. The population of Moscow is 13 million people, and The Moscow region is almost 18 million, as well as the entire population of Kazakhstan, so the crime rate there is very high, and you can't get away from it, and it is impossible to take out of the general context of crimes only the fact that people of exclusively Asian appearance are killed and maimed in Russia. and criminally, while whipping up interethnic strife and discord. Here you have recently killed the skater Ten, but after all, none of the Russians said that he was killed on a national basis, but it was just a bandit attack with the purpose of robbery, so you have in the Kyrgyz Republic not very good koino ..... Here I, Alex, do not completely agree with you: in Ukraine, back in 1991, nationalists began their "work" in the information space by promising for every word spoken in Russian, they will cut off one finger, there will be no fingers left , will cut their hands and feet. Further, more-civil war in Donbass, shelling and bombing of peaceful cities, the murder of 12 thousand civilians, and now for them the life of a simple resident of Donbass, a simple "separatist", is not worth a hundredth of a hryvnia, that these are sides of the same "coin" - their universal hatred for those who are not with them, that is, for us, Russia and the Russians (namely the Russians). I experienced on my own skin what Ukrainian nationalism is, and what Ukrainian "brotherly" love, when the fragments from the explosions of their mines and shells did not begin to fly into my apartment ... But it all started with seemingly small, but so necessary for them, claims against Russia regarding gas, the Black Sea Fleet, etc. and grew into fierce hatred on the verge of war with us. I see the same situation in Belarus, and now in Kaza. khstan - and these are only small shoots that will give their shoots and seedlings, and, God forbid, there is a repetition of Ukraine.

Since you know so closely the criminal situation of this not peaceful place. Likely skins do not give you access, they strive to pinch everything, wretches! Well, well, well, bald guys, DO NOT TOUCH the little Kylys!

transition to the Latin alphabet is an internal affair

Well, explain why you need this transition, and why you don’t go to Chinese characters, they are much closer to you geographically than the Latin alphabet. And what a lot of money you will spend on this transition, because even for the redone sign on the public the toilet needs to be paid too? For what purpose is all this done ...... The American senator was somehow asked by foreign correspondents, why do you have such an imperfect suffrage in America, where a minority of voters can elect the US president? To which he answered, and this is already our internal affair. Feel the anology?

Valentine, I will answer what is the "internal affair" of those who are pushing the law on "Latin".
        It all starts from afar:
        1. Neighbors (Azerb., Uzbek., Etc.) explain to their people that "it is necessary to enter the family of the civilized majority" (hinting that the Cyrillic alphabet, as a written language, is not a civilized sample of writing).
        2. For a better "transition", you need to establish good relations with Turkey and the Arabs - that's where the example of "civilization" is! After all, it was they who sponsored and built the mosques in KZ. And the Turks are Latin, the Arabs (equal to Arabic) - too. But who was the "sponsor" of the Turks and Arabs? That's right - Yankees!
        3. The modern statehood of these "converts" was formed with their FREE exit from the USSR. Most of their pre-revolutionary history was either deliberately distorted, or simply lost. A new history is needed in order to present Russia as an "achressor". And "to create" a new story in the language of the occupier is not comme il faut somehow!
        4. I will return to one more point - all the current government of all (without exception) republics of the USSR are either nationalistic or corrupt to the chapel. Both options are either useful to amers (and they "stroke them on the fur" - how can SUCH a country recognize them !!!), or are directly sponsored by them (which in either case does not exclude both the first and and the second "support" option). Russia also went through this (and even now it has not gotten rid of "guardianship" in everything), but at the very least, we are trying to get rid of it, albeit very hard - we got very much stuck in their system, destroying our ...
        So briefly ...

But be that as it may, Alex, the beginning of the future end has been laid, both in Belarus and in Kazakhstan, and the beginning problems of the Russian language, and the "Latin alphabet", and the prohibitions of the St. George ribbon, and their constant glances now to the West, then to the North, and the resettlement of nationalist-minded residents of southern Kazakhstan to the Northern, Russian-speaking regions, as it was done, and is still being done in Ukraine - everything goes by analogy with Ukraine - there since 2004, already under Yushchenko's rule, the whole floor of the SBU administration is occupied by American special services , with its equipment and security. And Washington, in spite of everything, will continue its expansion towards Russia, until it gets hard from us in the teeth, either in Syria, or in Ukraine, or in Europe, but our answer should be such that the whole world shuddered and quieted down, for 10-15 years, as in the Chernobyl tragedy, otherwise nothing else will stop him, otherwise he will break us and crumble into small fragments until he dies, like Soviet Union.

    I am Kazakh from Kazakhstan.
I saw this news I decided to look
The title of the article will immediately say hostile and the comments on it are the same.
I can’t understand what the Russian people lack in this life? It was the union state we lived in it for 70 years. An iron bloody hand created something similar to a country from different ethnic groups. In this mess of the campaign, the construction of the empire was outstripped even in relation to the Russian ethnic group, they made new non-initiative slaves from the serfs and threw millions of victims under the wheelhouse. In this nightmare, even a radical ethnic group could not fall in love with the idea of communism.
After stagnation and devastation, a population with slavish psychology could not say anything to the party and leaders. And they quietly undercover games bribery simply ruined the union. The Kazakhs were leaving the union, they didn’t want to; they weren’t asked, but simply expelled.
To be honest, economically and technologically, the union was in the ass. These cotton and diamond, grain business with a postscript under the slogan of fulfilling the plan made it clear to many that subsidies from the center are stolen even at the Kremlin level. And the demographers of the USSR sounded the alarm that the Russian ethnos cannot provide proportional growth along with other peoples. And then what the Russian ethnic group itself consisted of (there are Tatars, Germans, etc.) is another question.

In short, Kazakhstan turned out to be abandoned. Millions of Russians also found themselves in such a situation. We have created a new state with a new course. We have already taken a different path. The gradual departure of the Russians began. This event was warmed up again by the Russians themselves by attacking their old neighbors. From 90 to 2018, the Russians leave as planned; there are no jumps in the statistics data that would show real problems of a national nature. Just take the data from Rosstat migration data from Kazakhstan and compare all the years.
Yes, the Russians leave, Yes, they do not feel here either in Russia or in the USSR. Yes, Russians in the future see that everything will become Kazakh here. It's all right. Nobody forces it. Many young Russians leave to live in Russia in the Russian world. Kazakhstan is under no obligation to do everything as in an alliance. We also accept our oralmans from Mongolia and China, Russia and Uzbekistan and populate them in the Northern regions. This is all correct if judged objectively through the prism of the interests of the Kazakh Statehood. But if you look at it with the imperial ambitions of the past, then of course you can’t get better.

So now about the RF. In the Russian Federation, too, bad with demography, namely with the Russian ethnos. It is necessary to think strategically how to preserve the unity of the Russian Federation? Chechnya and the regions beyond the Urals? The rapid departure of the Russian ethnos to the territory of "Muscovy" (to the Central regions) began even under the USSR. The same process of the collapse of the USSR is now taking place in the Russian Federation. To improve this, huge resources and money are needed, which the Russian Federation itself is blocking fighting with fraternal peoples. Crimea exhausted many of the forces of Russia and the Russians themselves, as well as other adventures of the tsars and leaders of the Russian people. How long will the demography be kept in place by Muslims and migrants?
Now in such a deep ass you want to create another focus of problems near the borders of a Muslim country with a border of 2.7 thousand km. Plus, after Crimea, because of economic problems, demography again went into a new decline, this time a jump was noticed among those who are leaving the Russian Federation.
Why not make friends with neighbors and call on lovers of the Russian world quietly and work with problems that you already have? Indeed, to solve demographic problems that are strategically important, the Russian Federation needs everyone who is interested in the Russian world.

It is time to remove this heavy burden, in the form of imperial ambition, from the shoulders of the peoples of Russia.

Meyrambek, since such a conversation has started, give up everything that you got when you were part of the USSR. From the "northern territories" that you were "slaughtered" in order to create at least SOME industrial centers for you (as opposed to ALL YOUR agricultural way of life). The same thing I constantly say to "professional Ukrainians" - they are offended! Why be offended? Either you respect the shared story, or you reject it. And, accordingly, - from everything that you were given in THAT historical sequence. Plus the fact that you were evacuated during the Second World War.
