Putin predicted the fate of the USSR

13

On June 5, 2021, within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Russian President Vladimir Putin talked via videoconference with representatives of the largest news agencies of the planet. During the discussion, the Russian leader predicted the fate of the USSR for the United States.

The head of the Russian state drew attention to the fact that Washington, building its relations with other countries, "with a confident gait" follows the course of the Soviet Union.

What's the problem with empires? It seems to them that they are so powerful that they can afford small errors and mistakes: we will buy these, we will scare these, we will agree with these

- Putin specified.

The President noted that the problems are gradually increasing, they are becoming more and more, and they themselves are more complicated. Sooner or later, a situation arises when there is no longer any way to cope with a pile of problems. This is the path of the USSR, which the United States is now repeating.

Note that before that, speaking at the SPIEF session, Putin said that the United States wants to restrain Russia's development. In his words, this is the main problem in Russian-American relations. We remind you that the summit meeting between the Russian leader and US President Joe Biden is to take place on June 16 in Geneva (Switzerland).

This is his personal point of view.
In fact, the United States is a presidential republic, not an empire. And the power in this republic is "reset" every four (eight) years.
But the same cannot be said about Russia and one small neighboring country, where well-known long-playing administrators have ruled for decades.

Oh .. really?) And what is it that changes there "every four (eight) years"? ))
      Right! Nothing!
And why? Or maybe because this "democratically replaced power" and no power at all? And just like that, to gloss over the eyes of such "gullible rams" who believed in democracy, like you?)

I saw nothing new in the words of VVP. This is from the genre "old songs about the main thing."

      1. Social classes are defined by their relation to the means of production: technology, equipment, end products, etc.
      2. The ruling class of any capitalist state is a small group of owners of monopolies and monopoly associations that finance and, through formally democratic elections, allow the population to choose one of their candidates for the post of head of state once every four years, who pursues the policy of the state in the interests of the group behind him big capital.
      3. The state is a political organization of the economically dominant class, which performs two main functions - the protection of the property of its ruling class and the conquest of someone else's.
      4. The difference between the PRC, the Russian Federation, Iran and some other states from the Western model of capitalism is that the large capital of these states is controlled and managed by the state - the Communist Party of China, the government under President V.V. Putin, the religious leaders of Iran, etc.
      5. Today, the most progressive and democratic form of the state is Socialist - a transitional model from capitalism to communism and therefore has signs of two different social systems. The advantage of the socialist form of the state was clearly shown by the experience of the first decades of the USSR, when a 90% illiterate country made an incredible leap towards universal literacy and the creation of a powerful advanced economy, and today the People's Republic of China demonstrates this.

There are market mechanisms to maintain stable prices for anything, including essential goods.
For example, the state buys sunflower oil and sugar in order to create a reserve. When their prices rise, the state arranges a sale, when prices fall, the state buys them up as a reserve. This is how market methods maintain the constancy of the cost of goods for the final consumer, and this is how it is done in the United States.
In our country, the government "negotiates" (and if they do not agree, they will squeeze out business or profits, how was Belousov going to squeeze 100 yards away from metallurgists ??) with manufacturers on "stabilizing" prices for a period (preferably before the elections) - in fact , interfere in market pricing using the methods of the USSR State Planning Committee. What should a manufacturer do? His job is to maximize profits. And if the situation is objective (poor harvest of sugar beet and, as a result, an increase in purchase prices for it), he will simply stop producing sugar so as not to work at a loss. If there are no objective reasons, then in order to maximize profits, he will "hold" the goods in warehouses until the expiration of the "agreement" with the government.
In either case, there will be a shortage of goods (deficit) on the market and, as a result, an increase in prices for its "leftovers".
In general, Vladimir Vladimirovich is disingenuous, presenting black as white. We are following the path of the USSR, not the United States ...

Putin is still the ... balobol. How did he substantiate "this"? The chances that someone just sang to him that the deficit of the US budget (a rabid printer) began to threaten stability and the internal political system within America itself is higher than the rest. And the "commander-in-chief" simply repeated the conclusions without delving into it. However, everything is as always ...

"With a confident gait" follows the course of the Soviet Union.

That's just not Putin to be a predictor! For 20 years of his reign, not a single of his message was even 10% fulfilled. If Putin remembered the USSR, he forgot to mention galoshes!

that the US wants to hold back Russia's development

In Russia, only oligarchs are developing, in the immediate circle of the president. Palaces, yachts, citizenship and family in other countries. And this is not reflected in salaries and pensions.

this is not reflected in salaries and pensions

Yeah. Therefore, the pension age was raised. Yes It is not the presence of palaces in itself that is outrageous, but their construction at the same time as getting into the pocket of the citizens of the Russian Federation - by the way, who have voting rights. But, apparently, either there is no fear of the electoral behavior of citizens, or there is confidence in the sufficiency of the existing repressive mechanisms.

For some reason, a saying came to mind:

while the fat one dries, the thin one dies.

Although it is possible that the "hand of the Kremlin" is already preparing on the sidelines the "fate of the USSR" for the United States, because it was also destroyed from within and in spite of it. Let's wait another 30-40 years.
