The car, in which the APU servicemen drove while intoxicated, drove into a minefield near Maryinka. This was reported by the press service of the operational command of the Donetsk People’s Republic. According to the command, the incident occurred on July 20 at about 21 p.m. Moreover, the mines on which the car was blown up were installed by the Ukrainian punishers themselves.





In the area of ​​the settlement of Maryinka at around 21:10 p.m. there was a mine explosion. The soldiers of the 3rd battalion of the 28th separate mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces in a camouflaged passenger car of the Lanos brand, while intoxicated, lost control. As a result, a landing was carried out on mines installed by the APU, followed by an explosion

At the same time, it is not specified whether there are casualties among the Ukrainian military as a result of the incident and, if so, what is their number.

This is not the first incident of its kind. In May, three Canadians - NATO troops, were blown up near Avdeevka on mines set by the Ukrainian side, and two Americans and three Ukrainians were injured. And in early June, the Donetsk News Agency recalls, in the minefield on the way to the village of Talakovka, nine VSUshnikov were killed and wounded.

Meanwhile, the Ukrainian army continues to violate the ceasefire. The representative of the DPR in the Joint Center for Monitoring and Coordination of the Ceasefire said that over the past day they again fired. In total, seven violations were committed.

In addition, on July 18, the enemy returned to the representatives of the DPR the body of the former soldier of the Republic, Andrei Gordeev, who was reckless for personal reasons to leave for Ukrainian territory and was captured by the SBU. Traces of torture are visible on the body of the victim.
