What happened at the meeting of Putin and Trump

5
Finally, the long-awaited meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and President of the United States Donald Trump took place. For the second day, the media of both countries and the whole world have been savoring the details of the summit summit with relish - who said what, how and where did they look at, or, on the contrary, did not look at what “secret signals” and how they sent that in general it means for the world in general and the relationship between the United States and the Russian Federation in particular. Details and assumptions of the press from this meeting will be enough, apparently, for a long time. Political scientists, journalists, and other involved individuals will analyze what happened for a long time, finding more and more new “previously unnoticed hints and details.” I would like to dwell on what is immediately visible and lies, figuratively speaking, directly “on the surface” ...

The reactions after the completion of negotiations at the highest level, as was generally expected, from different sides, that is, from the "east" and "west", are diametrically opposed. In Russia, judging by various television and radio broadcasts of a political nature, the meeting of the two presidents is estimated as extremely successful and held, that is, as something from which we can expect further positive developments, in America, on the contrary, the mainstream media and some political leaders, first of all in the Democratic Party, of course, make their own president blame what the light stands for "weakness", too "soft attitude" to Putin and Russia, a departure from the interests of the United States and, in general, Trump is almost treasonable.

All this at first glance looks very strange, because the presidents actually didn’t agree on anything concrete at all, but, as someone already said, “agreed on what will be further agreed.” That is, it seems that if the Russian side has a reason for some quite justified, but cautious optimism - in our cornered bilateral relations with the United States, the ice may have broken so to speak, then the Americans have power, called the "establishment" or, if to say in the words of Donald Trump himself, the “Washington swamp”, apparently, the very fact of the past summit causes hostility and even fear, and if you think deeper, there is something to be done.

It’s probably necessary to start with the fact that, in fact, the goals set and even the “battlefield,” for the two presidents, so to speak, were different: Putin arrived in the capital of Finland with an international agenda and it was precisely these issues he tried to solve there or at least start to decide; Trump, on the contrary, though through seemingly an international agenda, resolved again and traditionally first of all, intra-American problems, both his own and with respect to the upcoming US Congress elections. But for all this, paradoxically, the adversary, or at least one of the adversaries, turned out to be common to both participants in this summit - this is the “Washington swamp”, members of the US Democratic Party and supporters of Hillary Clinton in the past presidential election. Moreover, Putin and his team simply masterfully took advantage of this, even if at a public press conference the Russian president literally “gave in hand” to his American counterpart quite “trump cards” to fight his intra-American opponents. One of such trump cards is the Browder case and the direct connection of this case with the illegal financing of the presidential campaign of Hillary Clinton, clearly confirmed by documents, and knowing Putin, you can be sure that he really has all the evidence and Trump is ready to provide it.

Moreover, if the American president manages to successfully use the “trump cards” given to him, the Russian side “kills not even two, but three“ birds with one stone ”at once: first, naturally, the influence of anti-Russian forces in the American establishment is reduced; secondly, this is an open step towards personally the US president, and the latter cannot but understand this; and thirdly, in the case of the beginning of a real investigation in the United States of Browder and his associates, which is now completely in Trump’s interests, the whole justification of anti-Russian sanctions as such, starting with the Magnitsky Act, can be called into question, if it is confirmed that this accountant, Browder, was initially imprisoned, where he later died, not for political reasons, as it was originally thought to be in the West, but for purely criminal tricks, such as money laundering on an especially large scale, New fraud and tax evasion, including in the United States. And then the same criminal money, and even from Russia, was used by the Democrats, and not by Trump in the course of the election campaign. Vladimir Putin supplemented all this with the proposal of an open joint investigation into the suspicion of interference in the American election, and then also “threw a stone at the American garden” with a harsh statement that in a democratic country, decisions on punishment should be made by the courts, and not by bodies exclusively intended to conduct an investigation.

All of this, too, quite naturally caused a stormy indignant reaction of those circles in the USA, to which they belonged, but, besides, people in America who have not yet decided on their position in the upcoming elections have definitely heard this, and this is exactly that the fact that it can take votes from the protagonists of all the described actions - the Democrats, that is, again, "water to the trump mill." The “Crown” was planted by the Russian president at the time of the seemingly harmless transfer of a gift - a soccer ball from the just-finished World Cup in Russia and the phrase that “the ball is now on the American side”, Putin seemed to directly tell his colleague “I tell you I gave this material to you, but how you manage it depends only on you ... ”

To all of the above, Putin’s foreign policy team has confirmed its preparedness and high class, as well as a good understanding of both the international and the domestic situation. What can not be said about the behavior in the negotiations of the corresponding team of the American president. Another question is if the Trump team’s low professionalism is a matter, or simply because his team works not only for him, but also for this “Washington swamp” or even only for the “swamp”, and not at all for Trump .. .

Further, the current president of the United States is a businessman to the bone and brain, and with all his actions in the international arena, he has recently shown the whole world that all his activities are aimed at protecting and defending, first of all economic interests of the United States, and the entire political machine and military power of his country should be placed at the service of precisely these interests, and not vice versa, as his predecessor Barack Obama apparently believed. This is evident, among other things, from the actions initiated by Donald Trump in relation to China and the European Union. And bad relations with Russia, from Trump's point of view, also clearly harm international business in general, and oil and gas in particular. Trump, fulfilling his own election promises, cares about the availability and increase of jobs primarily within the United States itself, and the extractive and processing industry of oil and gas raw materials is precisely one of the most important areas that provide jobs and the development of production precisely within the country and its citizens. Trump also clearly understands that in markets outside the American continent, to create real competition in this sector for Russian fuel producers, companies from the United States are simply not able to proceed from a banal comparison of the cost of goods and their delivery to the end consumer, and therefore it is much more profitable for him with the Russians in this matter. agree on mutually acceptable terms. And it is this, apparently, among other things, that was the beginning at the last meeting in Helsinki.

I would like to draw special attention to this fact of those who all the time accuse Russia and its leadership of "sitting on an oil needle", demand an urgent rejection of the raw material economy, a transition to high Technologyalternative energy sources, etc., etc. But Donald Trump, the president of the country with the most powerful economy in the world and the most advanced technologies in the world, somehow does not seem ashamed to participate in the oil and gas business, and for this he is ready to compete by all means, that is, for his share in this very commodity economy ... This is evident because, unlike some, he perfectly understands the importance and profitability of the oil and gas sector, as well as its high-tech, in fact, and also realizes the fact that there are no alternative energy sources, at least to the nearest s at least fifty or even a hundred years old, neither oil nor gas can actually be replaced by.

Another “lying on the surface" and visible fact from the field of international politics, according to which at the summit most likely when the presidents spoke face to face, some, although not advertised, shifts clearly took place, this is a Middle East question in the broad sense of the word . The open part referred to a joint resolution of the situation with the return of civilian refugees to Syria, to their original places of residence. And this means the following: firstly, if the conversation between the presidents of Russia and the United States is about "joint efforts to return refugees", then the question of ending large-scale hostilities by both sides is already resolved; secondly, if the issue of the end of hostilities has been resolved, the issue of whether Bashar al-Assad’s government remains in power in Syria has been resolved, since otherwise the refugees will simply have nowhere to return — most of the country's territory is already controlled by Assad’s government troops. And this is also the first signal to all other participating states of the conflict that they have nothing more to do in Syria - both Russia and the United States already give them a clear understanding, this applies primarily to Iran, Turkey, Israel and Lebanese Hezbollah operating on Syrian territory.

That is, if we once again evaluate the first and obvious results of the Helsinki summit from the Russian side, then the whole event looks very, very encouraging. The question is how much now the American president will be able to defend his point of view within his own country. Putin has no such problems at home, thank God. But so far, Trump, despite all the skeptical forecasts of his ill-wishers, is stubbornly and steadily moving towards the fulfillment of the goals outlined in his election campaign. One of the goals, as we recall, was to improve Russian-American relations ...

About Syria - to whom what signal and who will perceive it ... all this is nonsense. The author is too optimistic in his forecasts about Trump's "fight" with HIS (!) Swamp. This whole veil of alleged struggle is a distraction of attention - a cover operation that allows Trump to do what we see - the bombing of Syria, the build-up of hysteria around the DPRK, boorish behavior at all summits ... Many (including the author) are looking for excuses for all this. , which allows the Yankees to continue to take over the world (which the author has already mentioned). How this happens is a question of a different order. They constantly change their tactics, and strategically, the direction of the vector of their movement is the same - FULL POWER OVER THE WORLD. And since we are financially dependent on them (the Central Bank - and what?) And are not even going to even make attempts to get out of their diktat, then to say that Russia is opposing the West is a lie, so that the people continue to think that we are opposed to the amers and the entire united west. In fact, Russia has long been built into this system, and all our kicks are nothing more than the "dream of reason" of some ... dreamers. Whose money is the one who rules the country. Whose money do we have in Russia? (just don't talk about budgets, banks, etc.) The basis of the foundations is the financial system of the state, its backbone. And to whom is she subordinate? Central Bank? And to whom does the Central Bank report? To the state? Well no. The Central Bank DOESN'T SUBMIT TO THE GOVERNANCE. Where is financial sovereignty here?

... and to whom, from your point of view, is the CBR reporting to?

I’ll honestly say - I don’t even know. So many different ... opinions ... If you read the articles of the laws - one gets the feeling that it’s not for the management, definitely .. I have a question - why is the Central Bank making money in Russia before the Yankees and not back to Russia? Who works for? (that and the owner)

It is difficult not to invest in pre-state civil servants if they pay you (pre). As a rule, large amounts do not hang in the electronic wallet of a state or a large corporation, but exist in the form of various kinds of securities. Debt obligations are also money. By the way, this is not the case with the Russian Federation and many of those before the SGA.

That would require a payment of GOLD ... or technology enterprises (as in the 20-30 years of the last century)!
