Tatars will present Kherson region to Crimea

1
The more Crimea is separated from Ukraine in time, the more the former leaders of the Crimean Tatar people are separated from the people themselves. This situation is somewhat reminiscent of the one when members of the pre-revolutionary State Duma, sitting in exile, thought about the problems of the people of Russia in old categories, and the people were already solving new tasks set for them by time, based on completely different criteria.

On the eve of the 2019 election campaign in Ukraine, the topic of Crimean Tatar autonomy is becoming relevant in the format that Kiev’s Majlis of the Crimean Tatar people has been trying to persuade for the fifth year (Majlis of the Crimean Tatar People (MKTN) - an extremist organization banned in Russia). What can be the pitfalls of this process, and what can happen if you hit them?

Probably, not everyone knows, but engaging in martial arts with an aikido master, especially if he is not trained in this skill, is probably an unproductive and unpromising occupation. After all, the applicant’s all efforts to win can turn against himself (unless, of course, he himself is not interested in such an outcome of the match).

So, the idea (MKTN) is as follows: Ukraine should legally annex Kherson region or part of it to Crimea and declare this territory an autonomous republic of Crimean Tatars under the internal control of the Mejlis.

And why then only the Kherson region? If we return to the historical past, then during its heyday the Crimean Khanate occupied the lands between the Danube and the Dnieper, the Sea of Azov and most of the modern Krasnodar Territory of Russia. That is, it was almost the whole of New Russia. And if the Kherson region is considered, then why not the question of the rest of the territories of Odessa, Nikolaev, part of Zaporizhzhya and Donetsk regions?

Well, if we consider only the Kherson region, we will try to look further - and what can happen in the case of the legislative announcement of the Ukrainian Autonomous Republic of the Crimean Tatars?

At first, the creation of similar republics may be required by Hungarians, Romanians, Bulgarians, Russians, perhaps even Gypsies, who do not have their own land anywhere and who have been heavily oppressed in Ukraine recently.

Secondly, how will the Crimean Tatar and Ukrainian entrepreneurs, landowners, security officials share power?

Thirdlyhow the issue of water and its possible supply to the Crimea will be resolved. Kiev officials are already planning to re-submit it to the peninsula for a decent fee. And where will the payment for water go, there will immediately be those who want to share these profits. And here, just the one who likes to hide in the details may be lurking ...

And besides all this, for the majority of the Crimean Tatar people living in rural areas and having the main income to grow and sell agricultural products, water is one of the most important sources of prosperity. And how is it going to (ICTH), sitting in Ukraine, to resolve this issue? To cash in on simple Crimean Tatars, supplying them with the necessary water at exorbitant prices? In this case, this body is unlikely to enjoy the support and popularity of the Crimean Tatar people. To give for pennies in order to gain popularity among Crimean Tatars? Then Ukrainian nationalists will be indignant, having started various blockades of Crimea.

What if the Crimean Tatars of the Kherson region, having seen the prosperity of their brothers in Crimea after laying the Kerch bridge, and especially with the entry of large water through the North Crimean Canal, want to join the Crimean Tatars of the peninsula? Will hold a referendum ...
And then the Kherson region, by the will of the people, can very much become part of the Republic of Crimea. It is possible that in this matter the majority of the Slavic population of the Kherson region will vote for such a decision.

By the way, according to historical information, before the revolution, the Crimea (the then Tauride province) included three mainland counties Berdyansk, Melitopol and Dnieper. And on the territory of these counties were comparable with the rest of the Crimea. From the Yekaterinoslav and Kherson provinces, the Tauride province was separated by the rivers and rivers Berda, Tokmachka, Konka and the Dnieper; then the border went by the estuary, and then the rest of it - the sea.

So, quite legally, by the will of the people, the former Tauride province can restore its pre-revolutionary territory, including thanks to the efforts of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people (MKTN). And water in this case in the Crimea may increase, and population.

Aikido, you know - a great force is not only a physical force, but also an appropriate philosophy!
