In one of the videos from the event, it was clear that the head of the European Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker, barely stood on his feet, staggered as if he were intoxicated, and in the end he nearly fell right on the Ukrainian president. This fact also caused numerous jokes among users of social networks. True, the European Commission explained that in fact, Juncker simply had a backache. Media publications on this subject were considered offensive. Perhaps they would not have been if not for the personality of the person whom the head of the European Commission had almost fallen on.

Despite the fact that the presidents of Ukraine and Georgia requested to join the military bloc, they were again fed with vague promises. However, in order not to push away the "young democracies", the NATO leadership flattered them, positively evaluating the reforms that seem to bring closer membership in the alliance. But there was no talk of any dates.
